"Silk Road Local Time: The Beijing standard time, which is eight hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (London) and 13 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time"

Is this accurate to Silkroad Online? If so then 13:00-17:00 would mean Midnight to 4 am EST yes?

SRO time is GMT+9, and EST+14. So its 2300 (or 11pm) to 0300 your time. (I'm not sure about daylight savings where you are at)
