Bow is in another league compared to Glaives but they can still kill each other. Glaive Stun van actually be used to cancel skills and Ghost Spear gives Glaive a good follow up. Bow is Ranged, almost all skills are stronger and it has a very reliable skill cancel.(Once you have 2 combos they can be used back to back)

Actually archers can stun and knock back also. But they have to be 73+ for those skills (don't know exactly when those skills--strong bow, and arrow combo--add those effects).
However, I'll go with bow because it's ranged and they level just as fast as nukers. Plus, their crits are beautiful XD

a glaiver can't kill moving objects, even if he has sun. if someone tries to tank a bow and then tries to run away when low on hp, the bows final ranged hit may be lethal. glaive's flying dragon isnt as strong as a strongbow, the strongbow itself has a crit 10 increase and 4meter distance increase.
if you're looking for tank fights, bow can't tank until after lvl 76 when it has both knockback and stun. if u try to tank a glaiver though ull probably lose, they have 2 stun skills, a knockback skill, and a skill that gives dull. They are lethal up-close, bowmen arent as lethal up close but theyve got range and theyre impressive when they know how to use it.

I would want to fight an archer that sits there trying to tank than an archer that knows how to combine phantom with his skills to gain range. And no, it's not called running if he's stilling fighting =/

And no, it's not called running if he's stilling fighting =/ What my nooby bro said XD Whenever I pvp'd against Glaviers...if I just sat there and "attempted" to tank, I'd die quickly. Though when I phantom'd away to charge up a strongbow (old days when it took forever to launch lol) or to gain distance to pot back up, it took awhile for me to die. Though I never really won a fight w/ my archer (due to me being severly underfarmed, crappy gear, them having sos+5+, & being more farmed) it still took them 3+ mins to kill me lol... But you gotta take into consideration, I'm not 80 yet (9 gappin' now at 64) so I'm still kinda gimp against other builds lol..

what would u guys chose? I think you are wrong in one way: Glaviers are NOT better than archers in pvp...it depends on the equip and if they are farmed...but if they are both farmed and they have same good equip, it will be a nice fight, and both will have 50% chances to winn...

Same player. Two stages. Heuksal and Pacheon:
Heuksal:http://youtube.com/watch?v=yp626NLc6CM
Pacheon:http://youtube.com/watch?v=wT9hyWlvwx0
As you can see, the heuksal crits are absolutelly wild (critical 17 glaive). Also, the heuksal has much more raw hand-to-hand power, IMO. Pacheon boasts range and great criticals, together with a constant, almost certain knockback.
Observe the duel that starts at 2:03. The glaiver tanks two strong bow crits in a row, then takes the bower down in two skills. That doesn't mean the glaive is better than the bow. Both builds have their pro's:
Glaive - Great HP (passive increase), 30% stuns and good defense against magical attacks (fan storm series) Bow - Range, constant (almost annoying) knockbacks, and Great criticals (anti-devil and strong bow series)
