Recovery Division is a buff that you get at level 40. It lasts for five minutes and works for the whole party. same as Healing Cycle [every second recoveres some hp. Up to 5k per second (Healing Orbit at higher lvls) but healing orbit has longer casting time and consumes much much more hp (5k mp as I recall].
So you mix those two stuff and you got better thing than pot spamming
