hey guys. i recently made a new character and hes lvl 17 with a 6 gap. so far all the stats i have been given have been put into INT (because i wanted to be a nuker). Now i want to be a Bower, knowing that im gonna be a hybrid. my question is : when should i start to add STR, from lvl 18 onwards or from lvl 20 onwards? would mine be like the 7:1 bower? (STR:INT)

To be honest Hybird bows own, i had a level 75 hybird and i loved it while i had it.

OnTopic/ i'd say 80/80 but i would be too scared to do it myself so if it was my character i would just add str from here on in.

it wouldnt really matter if you add from now you will jus have a litttle bit more STR then from adding from 20 so you decide which is best

This is a quote from this link:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=61542&p=743706#p743706

Quote:
Three Basic Types of Characters

Strength = high hp, low magic defense, high physical defense, emphasis on physical damage, low magic attack capability. Overall damage is low with an occasional critical which is roughly double normal damage.

Intelligence = Exact opposite of strength with high overall damage. Magic attacks cannot crit.

Hybrid= Anyone who is a mixture of int and str stat points giving them characteristics of both character classes.

Always keep your specific build, and playing style in mind when looking at skills. What works best for someone else doesn’t mean its best for you.

I recommend basing a hybrid off of balances. Take off all gear that has int and str on it and press C in game.

Bow characters have been proven by many people to be effective at any balance between pure STR and 70:70 (also called 80:80)
The more int you add the higher your avg damage and lower your hp. All hybrids should get snow shield to make up for this.

You can meddle with your stats safely using this tool. Once you know how much str and int points to allocate, you can start distributing them as soon as possible. If its a 70:70 balance that you are aiming for, it would be best to distribute them early on rather than leaving all str, or all int at higher levels (c.f hybrid int spear 1:7, where you could go full int then add str at lvl 70).
