Well, this error keeps showing up for like ~6 hours now already. And I don't have the faintest idea what could be the problem. I've tried reinstalling SRO, also tried to close everything else that isn't related to SRO. I figured it could be my internet connection, because I'm on a 53,6 kbps connection (Dialup). But I don't think so because few days earlier the error wasn't there on the same connection. If anyone else has an idea what it could be?

I have a Duo core processor and 2GB DDR2 ram. Maybe if that helps.. :)

Thanks in advance.

I have no complicated solutions. But I have suggestions may be the problem.

1.) SRO client is messed up (But you already reinstalled it so lets cross it off.)

2.) SRO cannot gain access to the internet because of your ISP due to the fact it's dial up (I would suggest upgrading. But yea, that may be the problem.) Your internet connection may change between the 53 kbps that you said to 10 kbps from one day to the next. Unexpected changes can occour in the servers of your ISP.

3.) Firewall. Make sure all your firewall and related programs (Such as Windows firewall or MacAfee) are set to allow internet connection to the SRO client. Updates to the programs may change the allow list and require you to relist your programs.

Try and see if any of those work. Otherwise, i got bupkus.
