Hey hey, i have had a huge problem scince i started playing this game for about one year ago, i can't ever create one char that i like... I allways seem to get boored with them so now i have played, as i said, for a year without making level 45 on any char.

Now i have three characters on my "main" account and they are:
- level 42 hybrid spear, aiming for 85% mag balance. (Heuksal/Light/Ice)
- level 33 pure str rouge (Xbow/Dagger/Bard)
- lvl 31 pure str glavie (Heuksal/Fire/Light)

I can't seem to make up my mind of wich one i like the most so i never make one highlevel... The thing i like most in the game is pvp, scince i never have had a highlevel i don't really know what a jobwar's like but it must bee like pvp in some way ^^ So that's the main thing i look for in a character when i make one...
This is how i think about my characters:

-The hybrid, i loved it untill i got rap*d in pvp by a str glavie 2 levels higher then me, he did not have a sos weapon and that totaly smashed my confidence to the ground having in mind that i had (allmost) full sos set and a sos 42+3 spear. I do like the damage the hybrid deals but not that it have so little HP.

-The rouge, liked it too scince it can kill players several levels higher then itself, but i don't like the pot-delay and the low defence-stats that dagger desperate brings with it. Allso i don't like that it "can't" kill party obs or giants in it's own level.

-The glavie, Shure it does nice damage and it's proppably good later in higher levels, but @#!+=$$# it's booring to level!

I really need help to decide wich one to continue on... So hopefully you read all of it so that you can give me many good advices

Pick names for your character that you really like. That solves my multi character problem. Has to be a special name that fits you.

EDIT: You will find ways to fix character flaws if you like the character enough.

You got 3 nice and strong builds there, good choices

Let get started:

1. good build, but a good hybrid int spear needs tons of sp to lvl heuksal skills, light skills and in your case ice skills. If you like to farm this build could be a good choice ^^.

2. Rogue, very strong so you cna farm on mobs 6 a 7 levels higher so you level up pretty fast. But you will get flamed by noobs if you kill them in pvp, becuz they think chinese is superior to euro and euro is for noobs ^^. Euro has his pros and cons, and if you can live with them this would be a good choice.

3. Love this build, good hp, strong attacks, good defence and garment is the coolest gear you can wear ^^. It levels slower than the 1st and 2nd build but it is worth it.

Picking names is another thing im worthless at Mostly i think it's a good name at the start but when i have played for a while im like "what the he**, why did i choose such a stupid name"... So i need help from friends there too

Haha, anyway, thanks for making me feel a little better I honestly don't know what build i like the most, i would love a high lvl rouge just to own people, but i would grow tired of the low defence and depending on always getting the first hit. Glavie seems good but i think it's quite booring to play, at least to level... Hybrid i thought was really funny to play, but as you said, it need a whole lot of sp, and i hate farming too...

Okay:

1. I love this build. If you build them right they own in PvE and PvP and are quite fun to play

2. Rouges rock. You should be able to kill a regular PT monster without DD or XE on, though...but it may take a while. They can also 1 hit almost any chinese players and have amazing crits.

3. I had this build. They look cool, but really they are boring. If you want to go through with this be my guest, but I suggest playing something that's fun for you.

1. Yeah that's how i feel to generaly. The hybrid can kill quite much and take som damage too but against some lvls higher chars they stand no chanse what so ever of tanking away some of the damage as they run away like a pure str can, they will die on the spot.

2. Rouges are masters of unfair playing, they are fun to play but hated by "everybody" else. I think they depend too much in pvp to be able to get the first hit, like i said, they are fun but may not fit my playingstyle so well, or maybe they do!? .

3. Hmm i'll see what i'll do with it... I think they can be fun later on, maybe...

I've come to the conclution that it really doesn't matter what build you have in pvp, it's more a gear vs. gear battle that player vs. player... And yeah, i already know that i'm a real einstein

power lvl the str glavie to 60, and lvl and get him to 80 in 2 1/2 months

here are my oppinion

1. i had this build before very great. good dmg, usually 2 nuke to kill a mob. even wit armor on a full int nuker canot 1 hit u (u can 1 hit them), do very great in pvp (last long time against str chars). the bad things for this build are... they need to be farm and have good gear to own.

2. altho i don't own a char with this build i'l play my friend rougue before. they can 2 hit mob 10lvl higher than thier lvl (fast lvler), very lucky on knockbacks and KD, GODLY crits . no cons except peaple will hate u cuz u got this build.

3. i have one in his mid lvls. very high hp (never ever die in grinding at all), fan storm skill rly help against int chars, use less sp than first build up there, very high strong crit. grinding isn't that slow as peaple say. the cons are most chinese chars go for this build which make it not that soo unique.

No unfortanatly that is not an option for me, noone in the guild cares to help that long/often to be able to get me that much exp. And buying p-level is nether an option scince it's too expencive...



1. As you said they are both expencive in the amount of sp needed and in gold. They use (at least i think) more pots then a sull str and the good gear cost a whole lot more then i can afford...

2. All speaks for this build, then i "have" to switch to cleric instead of bard, shouldn't be that hard. BUT... Alps is no euro server... There are hardly any stalls in samkrand and if there are they mainly sell robe peices and hevy armor... Rarely you find light armor or daggers/x-bows, if you want a good gear you have to pimp it yourself.

3. Yepp, the glavieusers are good, and common... But we have more bow and int users on alps i think... Fun or not, might be too early to tell in that low level for me... I'll have to think about that...

1. I played a hybrid spear before the new skills and such and it dominated. Got it to level 65 and I could kill glaviers my level pretty easy, especially if they didn't wear garment. It also grinded like a pro. Nukes and then if you get bored of them heuksal skills .

2. I am playing one right now, not sure if I should switch to a warrior or not. I'm playing it on Venice and there seems to be an insane amount of rogues. Probably make a warrior or something.

3. Generic but still good. Cookie Cutter build.

forget glavie and spear it u will get bored farming go rouge keep lvl 3 to 4 gap

Well i have now after a year of playing bought prem for the first time and put it on my rouge So that's the chosenone from nowon.

Well, looking at the builds you've already have and what you expect of a build I think a bower would be great for you.

Yeah, I know...again it's a new character. Or you could switch your glavier to a bower. Go somewhere between pure str or 70/70 for the bower, depending on what is more important to you. Leveling up or dieing less...

Oh yeah, I've got the same problem as you have. I've already tried several builds, but everytime I quiet them.

1. Pure str blader lvl 31
2. Pure int spear lvl 27
3. 70/70 Bower lvl 28
4. Pure int s/s lvl 26
5. Pure str rogue lvl 29

As with you, I love to take a few hits and I don't like the heuksal skills. Well, either a bow or a pure/hybrid s/s would be great for you. I'm leveling up the rogue now, cause I also hate the pot wars. I rather die in 10 seconds than fight for 5 minutes and then die or win...

If I were you I would go with 33lvl Rogue ... But only I would change SubClass for Cleric ... its low lvl so you can do that ...

and for you I would go Blader xD I love tankers and Blader is my favourite class ...

and they have best looking weapon in game ....

Drop the hybrid..they will be no use when 90 cap is out.

Been there done that (allmost) As i said earlier i have bougt and put the prem on the rouge, so that's the one who get the gt = i'll play on that char.
Im currently gathering cursed hearts and a round of 300 would do the trick for me scince i havent eaven got the bard mastery as high as the rouge ^^ (i think i have like 55 now or something)

@ All who gave great tips, thx for the info and i decided to go with the rouge, i think they are fun to play and i love the way the (female) light armor looks. And before anyone imature asks: NO im not gay Allso i'd love to copy other players looks with that skill... you know the one... Yeah whatever that's called ^^

Might be good for a lvl 80 but i don't think i'll ever make it to the cap... So im switching to cleric
