Euro ftw, who said we couldn't have a cleric/bard/warrior use party skills while 1v1 is taken place. (Not referring to 2v1 or healing skills).

now euro at 8d but 9 and 10d both are like same

But I must say, a pure str with cleric sub tanks like a champ....I can actually 1vs 1 with my cleric indefinately...or until a get crit for over my max hp.

In conclusion, cookie/cleric > all!

Dude ... Wizards sux .... I can kill 11 levels higher wizard in 1 hit ....
And so he can me ... but hey! I'm 11 lower levels then him ...

Then you can kill a nuker 11 levels higher wearing the same types/+ equips... what's your point? I can also 1 shot a chinese without mana shield on like 8 levels higher if they have equips as crappy as mine. And same level warrior can't really 1 hit me unless he crits, but both our equips suck......I can do 7k on a chinese s/s when they use 40+% mana shield, and are wearing garments.... and I 1 shot same level chinese bladers ......all of these mean nothing when I know their equips are bad...

In completely npc equips, at gap, euros currently manhandle chinese because of some buffs and skills that give them overwhelming advantages. Put on a bless spell and you can have npc equips and still have the same defense as someone with full sun, that's just how it is. I don't see why people think because the chinese nukers have mana shield, the wizards suck... maybe a wiz/bard, but let's see all those chinese win with 2 masteries and being restricted on the clothes they can wear.

Everyone seems to be unable to comprehend that comparing 1 mastery of the euro to a chinese with 4 masteries means nothing....Compare a chinese nuker vs a euro wiz/cleric/warlock/bard......or compare a nuker with only 1 force mastery, and no weapon masteries to a wizard or warlock..or even any of the buffer classes.

This is why these kind of comparative discussions are meaningless because no one thinks before they talk and we end up with "Wizards suck!" and "Chinese Suck!".

I have one on tibet but Ive enver seen a high level wizzard doing pvp there. Ive seen 2 jobing, the first one was a woman thief and I 1-hit her several times and she couldnt do it with me (even when she really hit me hard) and the other was hunter so we cant fight, but Ive seen how a pure int ss on garment 1-hit him at same time with his cleric using a sun sword (1 meteor= 1 cleric + 1 wizzard killed). Up to now the only euro who kill me on 1vs1 was a warlock/cleric who did the stun+offering, but he couldnt try it second time beceause I was waiting for him and kill him several times .

not true. if it's 1 vs 1, a farmed stealthy lv 80 rogue will win anyone if he gets the first hit, even will suicide buff on, the rogue can tank pretty well, due to the near 20k HP. He can tank anyone enough to do 3 skills, prick, mortal wound, butterfly combo, by then even full sun blader with snowshield will be dead.

Chinese definately have the looks down. Idk what kind of wierdos JM used for movement modelling of Euros, but apparently all the good ones died after the chinese modelling was done.

I don't prefer Euro as a whole, or China as a whole. Seems kind of like racial prejudice to me.. And we shouldn't be thinking this way.

Both Chinese and Euro have their purposes. As someone once said, Chinese = Balance. Euro = Power. [Whatever that 3rd race was.. Persian?] = Defense.

Of course Euros are very powerful, but long pot delays makes training sometimes annoying, and if they can't 2-shot someone in PvP, most times, they're as good as gone. Euro vs. Euro PvPs barely last a minute, if it even gets through 30 seconds, if that! Whereas chinese PvP takes skill and cunning, as PvP battles can last into the double digits. (here's where some people disagree. XXX vs. a blader, for instance, won't necessarily turn out into a pot war. eventually, someone will win. That's what makes pulling off your skill combos that much more rewarding).

Personally, I prefer chinese, because in the end, after the cap is gone, they're more fun. I'd much rather be in an epic battle over someone's 5* trade for a good 20 minutes, slowly eating at my supply of potions and pills, learning new tactics to use, than to 2 shot AoE an entire group of capped hunters, because that's what's fun for me.

As for the actual grind of things, euros win it no doubt. First off, euro parties are everywhere. you don't see them in china until the higher levels where euros merge into originally Chinese maps. Secondly, since euros are the Power class of SRO, they 1, if not, 2 hit almost everything on their screen. In addition to this, Euros literally level faster, as they receive more exp/sp per mob than chinese characters under the same circumstances.

To put a specific class as an example, wizards are great grinders. Everything dies in 1 hit, or 1 hit and a magic ball for champions. They cast faster than nukers, and so even bots have a hard time KSing them. Near the end of the game, where mobs are put into more tightly packed spots, their AoEs tear through fields of mobs at a time. The downside, of course, is their HP. Wizards can tank 1 hit fromthe occasional monster just fine, but when party mobs and such pop up, it's a different story. Wiz/Bards, having chosen the most stupid subclass for a wiz, have nothing to do but run for it. Wiz/Clerics, however, who have planned far enough ahead to see that the char with the worst defense from the race with the worst defense might need some defense, simply throw up their buffs, and chip away. This is usually what wizards save their zerk for anyway. (What would you dooooooo, to kill 24 party mobs 10 lvls higher than you in 1 zerk and have a klondike bar?) The downside, however, is if those buffs wear away mid-fight, you re toast, no doubt about it.

i have to agree eros lvl much much faster with there partys thats the down fall for the chinese but i still like chinese better bacuase they hace imbue which totally rock!!!

sorry buddy, but your wrong, are you forgetting cleric? with my cleric buffs on like recovery division and the phys and mag damage reduce buffs, any chinese my lvl duz 200 damage in one fire nuke w/ imbue, wiz/clerics are unbeatable, figuratively speaking

The imbue is the problem of the chinese actually... Any sensible euro would wear light or robes at cap because it would significantly effect both parts of the dmg, robe would be great for nukers, but put together there are more hybrids and str than nukers, so I would stull prefer light armor, even if it looks super ugly....even the 9D looks pretty bad on the pictures.

...because it takes so much skill and cunning to go afk with mana shield on for a minute or in case of bladers as long as pots last. It might take some skill to figure out how to get the most dps and kill your opponent, but euros have to do that and at the same time figure out how to survive without 0.5 sec pot delay. Being a euro keeps you on the edge and takes much more skill and knowledge to simply stay alive even while grinding.

ive heard at 9dg the pot dealy will be 5 seconds not 15 seconds that i think will not be good for chinese cuz think 5 seconds delay means euro wins i think it will be verry difficult for chinese to pvp with euro at 9dg the second thing ive heard chinese must be hyb and euro to be pure

well if will really be 5 second pot delay for euro so most of chinese players should go euro lol :|
