1- Does it worth for a blader or a nuker to put lvl 80 in force for tht series?

2- Takes how long to be able to make it again?

3- Lower how much def decay, weaken, bleed and division (to compare)

~Thx!

imo i don't think that any chinese build needs to take force, since chinese chars depend on solo acts unlike euro wich takes team work as a vitality

Lightning Chain effects are only 20%, its kinda hard to put them on pvp.. compared to force which has vital spots series tht curses ppl with 80% of chances. Also, u can put weaken + impotent + decay then u use lightning chain for division.. This is my thought

Not for a blader (unless you want to make a very good cleric/tanker and not for the vital spots debuffs). I've tried it on a nuker, and it works well enough, except you become significantly dependent on teammates for an effective pvp. You nuke harder with the debuffs, but you cant hold your ground effectively in 1on1.
2- Takes how long to be able to make it again?
15~20 seconds cool down time for VS body, mind and zero.

3- Lower how much def decay, weaken, bleed and division (to compare)
This depends on the lvl of effect. Lvl8 status is identical to any other methods of casting decay, weaken, bleed, division (cf warlock, lightning chain etc). As a guide, lvl8 status for bleed lowers about 15% p/m def + DOT, division lowers about 20% p/m def. Decay and weaken lowers phy and mag defense respectively by about 20%.

20% is 1 in 5 hits. Lightning chain hits 6 times. If all of the hits do hit the opponent, more often then not you will cast a debuff. Bear in mind each debuff is calculated independently so having one on an opponent doesnt increase your chance of casting a different one. Force VS skills might hit opponents easier, but it is kind of a waste to have skills from 2 trees that essentially try to achieve a similar outcome. There are other things to consider, the time taken to cast a debuff, and the length of effect of the debuff. I also think it will be an overkill, you can stack all the debuffs and the effect will be cumulative. You can in theory cast on an opponent bleed, decay, weaken, division all at once.

That depends. Players can equip shield, so they can block the hits independently of the chance of casting them. Unless you are training on niya generals, you get a 80% chance of hitting them.

Oh I forgot to mention, if you also take snow shield you could be a super tanker :D. I remembered I had a +5 armor set with some blues, self healing maxed at 72 force, snow shield at 40%, lvl 77, and used some vigor pots, I could tank yarkan's last 3 spawns for 3mins before I had to phantom away. I'm pure int nuker ;). I did however dropped force completely for bicheon, lightning chain and flying stone smash is more than enough to cast bleed and division for pvp. I found it works much better for my char.

Vital spot isn't for bicheon mastery ... bicheon mastery can do the same effects .. it's a loss to have 2 full masteries that can do the same things ..

if you are str blader just get bicheon and fire and light better than force (if you think about vital spot)

if you are int s/s just get bicheon/light/cold it's a lot better ..

if you are a bowman it will not be worth in PVE as bow have longer range than all vital spot and you kill your eniemes before they get close .... it may be for pvp against long HP ppl ...

But IMO i see that vital spot is the skill to stick with spear/glavie ..
Pure INT spear with force / light / cold can own .. he will do the highest chinese damge ever as spear have the highest damge and these vital will decrease your enemy def and parry rati too .. also can save his life when decrase rogue attack for example

STR glavier with vital spot can short his time to kill other ppl from 6 hits to 5 for example that's make good work .. and force mastery is good for him to stay alive and tank more if some one (as cines bow) crit on him with 14 k damge for example ...

Vital spot are really usefull if your oponent dont want to waste money on the expensive pils. If someone leave you in impotent status your damage will be so low that he can sit on the floor and you will not be able to kill him. If he is lucky enough to put the 3 status (he has aprox 50% of sucess on getting the 3 status) on you is like you are fighting someone 5-7 levels higher than you. The problem with vital spots is that someone who pay for the pils can avoid the effects that you have to invested 80 masteries on getting them. On my server there is a pure str bow with force and the first fights that I have with him he won because I wasnt using pils, but when Ive start to use them he was dead (I was pilling the effects and using snow shield, so he was dead before the 2 minutes).

+1, expensive pills renders the debuff useless.

Cooldown is 20 seconds, the debuffs last 30 seconds. You are able to attempt debuff when the 20 seconds cooldown runs out, but, dont cast a debuff on an opponent already affected by a debuff. It wont attempt to renew the debuff.

Actually, wouldn't be so sure that those "expensive pills" (the green ones that cure weakening, curse, etc... correct?) cure impotent effects. I was fighitng a lvl 74 player for the first vital spot - muscle debuff and the pill didn't cure it, FYI. (I'm lvl 80 btw).
