solo go rogue xbow/dagger you will how you say, be good in solo/job/pvp
warlock means u are party craved and dont wanna be left alone with those big monsters around waiting for a pretty lil girl to come strolling by
Warlocks can do well in solo settings as well. Although there not a 1-2 hit build, their debuffs make them pretty strong vs all builds. Also their shield + debuffs and dot skills make them effective in pvm also.

true but im just stating what they are Best for, rogues are solo, warlocks are more of party, although they can be good in pve, just not at pvp

I'm guessing you most likely have never seen a warlock pvp before. They have 2 attributes that make them really deadly which is 1. Their ability to stun at will and 2. Their debuffs and dots. If your stun and debuff skills are up to grade and your fighting someone in your level range, you will be able to stun them (on the 20% chance it doesn't work, you can just sleep them to cancel their attack) and in the stun time you should be able to get most if not all your debuffs and dots in (you may get 1 or 2 resisted) and after that all you may need is a mini nuke. This works effectively for all builds builds, though vs wizards and rogues all you need is stun + nuke. This makes warlocks good at pvp since they can pretty much take down any kind of build, both str and int since those debuffs cripple pretty much most stat attributes of a player and the dot skills will make autopot next to useless since dot skills do some nice damage.
Although, if your the person that prefers to 1-2 shot things w/o doing any debuffing then rogue would be the funner choice.

iv seen warlocks pvp before but befor they could cast thier main debuffs, they got 1hit by the person they were trying to kill, that warlock must have not been smart

Warlocks imo are fun to play with because of the cool skills.

i would said rouge since warlock are slow lvlers and slow killers.u need to buff on opponents before u cast something and if u constantly doing this u will find it boring.
rouge are the better choices. u dun wan something that u spent few minutes to set got pill away in few seconds.

My warlock is pretty good at leveling.
I throw two DoTs on one monster go to another Flower + Drain and theres 2 monsters down in no time.
When I get zerk, which is often I just run around throwing single DoTs on every normal monster and go monster to monster and it kills them alone.
I can take party monsters if I'm smart with stuns and drains to keep myself at full health, with a cleric sub mastery I would be perfect but I don't have enough SP right now.
Warlocks are leveling machines, imo and later will bring a big benefit to parties (right now I'm only level 22)
But go for rogue if you want, I've never played one.
