Do you use a Pen or a Pencil?
And other suggestions are welcome :D
Me? You all ask in symphony... Pen! Same effect just less shades...
But I like the darker stronger context.
Give a reason.. Just curious!

Cheers

Pencil simply because I don't wanna start all over if I screw up nor do I wanna go over the mistake with a pen and then label the drawing as a "sketch" I like keeping my lines nice and clean.Actually I have topic in the AC with one of my drawings you can check it out if you want and tell me what you think. :)

Agreed, you can sketch with pen, any type actually and depth is shown by how close the lines are and width of the lines.

Use pencil, many people who use pen have no idea what they're doing and end up screwing themselves over.

HmmmHmmm, +1 to the above. I've always drawn with pencils, I only didn't when I didn't have anything else at hand. :)

The only time i use pens is to go over the pencil to erase the roughs.

hehe...
Pencils are good if your going to be drawing for a while... But I guess it depends on the thing your drawing
Anyway if you make a mistake with a pen it simply challenges you to make it flow in the the rest of the art!
