Pretty sure no one can comment on the euro part. Both have there pros and cons. In one situation one would be better, another situation the other would be better.
I personally would go s/s though, cause if you block a would be critical or offering it just saved your life when going against rogue or cleric.
But just pick the one that looks more fun to you.
