 Can seem to figure out this game.... I'am trying to make a heavy damage character. What is better going for magic or physical? Can you guys please recommend me how to built up a strong character?
Sword, blade, and shield, spear, glavie, or bow?
Ice, fire, lightning, or force....
I built 2 chars one balanced glavie and fire, second pure int bow and lightning but have hard time to solo with each of this characters I deleted them. Trying to make a heavy damage dealing character Should I stick to one magic? or try to balance it out with fire, lightning, etc?

All character and all weapon deal more magic damage than physical.
Pure STR builds have a LOT of hitpoints, but do less damage.
Pure INT builds have little hitpoints, but do more damage.
It ALSO depends on the type of armor your oponent is wearing. As garms offer most magical protection, and armor the most physical protection.
Char builds? Theres a lot of popular ones.
You dont need as many hitpoints when you have a shield, so INT swordsmen are popular.
Combine that with ice, you'll block half the attacks, and freeze the other half.
If you got STR with shield, you'll have awesome hitpoints, block half the attacks. But blades do a lot less damage, and so do STR builds. You'll be cutting down an oak tree with a butterknife. But, ya wont die ^_^
If you wanna 'zap' your oponents to death, you could go pure INT to max out your magic damage, and get the lightning nuke, which also bounces a couple targets. It hurts like all hell. Then you could combine that with a shield, to make up for lack of hit points.
Diff weapons are designed for both magic and str. They do more physical or magical.
INT: Spear, sword
STR: Glavie, blade
XXX: There is only one type of bow.
I love bow. I can kill a trader without being close to them. Its a huge advantage in some situtions.
But stand me RIGHT NEXT to a glavie char, and I am toast. I can't toe-to-toe with it.
And its REAL slow power up moves.
You can go bow / lightning if you wanna do serious damage. Or bow / ice if you wanna freeze em 3 times before they get near you.
Bow doesnt need the most hit points; bow needs to kill them before they REACH you.

Awsome information thanks so far I have pure INT build bow characterLvl 11, Lv 8 bow, and Lvl 11 Lightning
Should I keep putting points on Lightning or balance bow and lightning out?

Hmm see I am wondering the same.
I am bow / lightning.
But I got my ass kicked yesterday by an ice with shield. And ICE bow has been kickin my ass too.
I did beat someone else tho my level with bow. I do hella damage with the lighning; methinks it does a lot more damage than the others. Its da damage master.
SO ITS ALL CONDITIONAL on who your fighting really Q(" Q)
Since you chose pure INT, I'd put more into your lightning skills.
BUT, those skills still add damage for your basic Devil Wave bow (or whatever that blue thing we have is), your multiple shots, and other skills.
What server you on? I can show you a couple skills, maybe you decide what you like? I love showing off. ^_^

I am bow/lightning with a little bit o force and spear/glave on the side....then i heard lightning was really bad and fire was better. should i stick with bow/lightning? and if so should i spend points now or sp farm.

Lightning bad? Your foolin yourselves. Lets look (I dunno the exact names)
Grasswalk. Increases running speed. Demarthl runs almost as fast as the level 30 horse. I dont have to stop for him to keep up. Awesome for chasing someone, or running away alike.
Increase magic damage skill. Increases your total magic damage (under character tab) by x %. Can't go wrong.
Electroshock - no, it doesnt freeze like ice  But it hurts like hell. The 'area of effect' shock doesnt do hardly anything... except kill little people in the wrong place at the wrong time. But the damage bonus is great.
The lightning nuke does incredible damage, casts quickly, and can jump two other targets.

Go lightning only for int, Ice str bow is much better for PvP, but i cant say as much for leveling
Fire str bow in theory should be ok, but its not so great since glaive outdamages you like by A LOT

i went fire bow, the extra burn damage really helps i think because if i hit them with a burn, every few seconds theyll be hit for 30 or more damage on top of what i hit myself.
im also hybrid leaning towards INT-im lvl 24 with 1156 HP and 1533 MP (i think) my mana is higher than it should be coz of my lvl 20 force spell giving me and extra 193 mana. also i got some armour with + STR/INT
i hit fairly high with my lvl 24 bow when i use magic attacks. without spells, (physical damage) i hit up to 60, using spells (a combination of two at once) i can hit up to 600 dmg on a devil bug (crit) and using berserker ive hit over 1000. i think thats ok for lvl 24 char.
