y are we arguing about this let's face it bth types of music are negetive types(well most) and if u don't agree where have u been under a rock or something plus metal and hardcore has screaming in it so that's a mark against it

Lots of rap is terrible. There's terrible bands and artists to speak of no matter what genre we're talking about.
R&B is cool when you're ridin with a girl, just you and her...it gets sex on the mind.
The world has too many freaks by Bone Thugs is a sick R&B song BTW...

I listen to rap, it's just not my fav. genre.
It's easy to tell what hardcore is.. it has breakdowns.
Brutal deathgrind, deathcore, death metal ftw!!!!!!!
oh, and r&b (black mans emo) sucks. thats for sure.

I don't understand the obsession people have with rap these days.  They claim that rap sucks and put all rap in one huge, stereotypical, general category. It only shows ignorance.  If something sucks so bad why talk about it so actively?

I don't like rap at all, however there's a couple "club rap" songs I have on my ipod none of that.
The problem with rap is I just don't understand what they're saying - I don't speak poverty.
