Lately, I have been thinking of a good archer build for pacific and have come down to two choices, maybe three if a build I'm watching turns out to be really good.
The first is the tried and true pure str, but I am pulling away since I've heard negativity about end-game performance.
The second is a heavy str hybrid (95-85%). This particular build seems good in that it doesn't lose too much str; therefore it doesn't take a huge hit on the crit, health, or phys def. Secondly, the added magic can only help by adding extra dmg at little cost, thus increasing overall dmg and critical dmg. While also adding some needed mp.
I'd like to hear the opinions that everyone has and please keep the posts respectful and constructive, as I don't want to see this turn into a flame war. Also be sure to talk about the builds' strengths and weaknesses in both pvp and pve.

I would still say Pure Str. Best crit dmg, high health so best survivable in pve and pvp.

Yeah.. no point in adding some int since crits counts for archers.

By logic u really cant go for int... bows count on crit and on mass dmg.
Int results expecially in nukes and with bow that is not a necessity.
Id say full str... allthough it really depends on how u play..

If ur going to use garment u can attack, speed away and attack again... if ur going for 1st shot u need massive hp with armor... its really up to the player and how u like it, allthough ill have to keep saying that to me full str on bow works best.

Good luck and hope it helps...

Huh?

I suggest pure str like everyone else. Even though it's probably been overdone, it's still the best way in terms of survival and damage.
