Just being curious as I always am...

How many of you Auto Pot?

Do you think it's a good idea, or you'd rather do it manually?

Yeah just hit back with your opinions, etc.

Autopot is only available through silk in JSRO, so I don't use it.

I think it's a handy feature, especially for when you're laggy, but it's not very neccesairy if you just keep an eye on your health. :)

Yes autpot is great to have when you grinding..and you dont must think about to press on hp or mp meds. But remember to lock if you have pots left .hehehehe

It doesn't work when you lag :(
Thus I die, but I don't lag often.
I must agree it's much easier to play with, in PvP you can focus on using skills, instead of spamming the pot buttons, which now would lead to insecurity bug thingy xD.

it's definitely useful. yea, u try to fight a giant without auto potting lol. i did that when i was lvl15 fighting giant tigers and i died. :banghead:

PS: autopotting doesn't prevent u from dying if u lag. i don't know why but it seems that autopotting is like a clientside thing (not a computer expert here, could be wrong), so if u lag, and u see u have a lot of hp left in the bar, it doesn't autopot.

Autopot is definitely useful. It lets you focus more on skills rather than manually clicking on your pots. While it can be lifesaver, it gives a false sense of security when you lag, like many have said. If you're in a party, your party member's screens will show you losing health while your own does not. If you lag for about 10s or more, you're probably dead by then if your fighting a giant or a large number of mobs (happened to me quite often  )

I couldn't live without autopotting ^_^ That's why I moved to Silkroad from Maplestory. Silkroad is just more interesting.

BTW, does anyone notice that even though potions say that they heal "220" or "820" they always overpot? I wonder why :?

yer i thinking it due to the setting they have of like e.g. 15% and then they kick in, and they over pot to reach 100% again

When I played I autopotted. it's much easier than clicking on pots every 10 seconds when grinding.

I think the best thing about it is letting you put pots on like F4 so ya don't have to worry about switching skill trays and still pot, also freeing up slots on your main one.

Auto pot is sweet, but for pvp I still push the hotkey for them lol.

Open the menu go to actions right click on the action (auto pot).

Not using auto pot is just plain moronic, having to stop and pot after i kill every monster, or having to jam the pot button while i do combos to kill monsters that gang up on me is just a pain and almost always ends up with me dead. (no offense guys just making a point)

You get bonus on how much a pot will heal depending on your stats.
More int -> more mp from 1 mp pot
More str -> more hp from 1 hp pot
Dunno how much the bonus is per stat tho.

Ontopic:
When they first introduced autopot I thought its just a feature for lazy people but now I couldn't live without it.
Besides it used to be a bot feature and it gave botters advantage in pvm as in pvp (pills especialy) - suxorz.
Just imagine poting and pilling (well we're imune now) and skilling and vigors in pvp - big mess.

You need auto pot so you can spam the vigor potions
