Yea I'm going to have to disagree with MD on plus 3 isn't hard to achieve. In some cases, a weapon can be very hard to plus 3. After spending 15 wep elixirs on a 52 glavie it never got to +3 and sometimes not even to +2. but yea I haven't seen the description for astral so I dont know

Morningdew.
The solitary rock in the eye of the storm..
Alone she stand...but she stands strong like a mountain..
Breaking the winds...all alone...
But she stands..you have to respect her for that.

i hate when people know they are wrong yet still will argue and try to make themselves look better, only making themselves appear even stupider.

LMAO That made my day xD

He`s from USA and i don`t think that he`s a "English as Second Language bla bla"... but he`s got a point, those noobie players who take there parents card and buy something from the Item Mall are not all good English speaking people...

While I dont think the guy has a valid complaint, I think he made it quite well. His request that his complaint be taken up with someone with decision making ability, to be provided with a contact, not the appropriate venue, etc was quite well done.
Of course, the big question is, will those things be provided?

I don't care what anyone thinks of me for saying it, but you are a child easily mislead.
There is nothing wonderful about Morningdew, and all that character is doing is what should have started 12 months ago......and it is little more than damage control.
We will see no real changes as a result of this character's actions, all we are seeing is an "impression" of action on Joymax's part.
Please stop helping Joymax in this deception.
By all means let's cheer them on when they start to ban player botters !!
But if you guys start buying this Joymax bullshit then they will feel the pressure to act is off, and they'll never do a thing about it, thinking they've duped the masses.
WAKE UP !!

How can i get it to work?
I only have this problem with sro.net forum links.

the guy is right though
"The description is when enchant levels of 4 or higher fail the chant remains at 4 which implies that chant levels below 4 are not at risk of erasure when protected by Astral.
"
if i told you a car could go 50 mph and higher, you'd assume it could go 30 too.
when you read the descriptions on fire shield and ice shield do you think that they dont block the damage below what they list?
same thing here.

You seem to forget that morningdew is but one person.
A single man or female can only accomplish so much.
Even the greatest roads to this day were made by the dedicated hands of hard working people..
People who are committed to theire jobs..
And if it comes to the point when someone as dedicated as that asks for my hands..
Then i will grind the flesh of my bones.

he went about it the correct way, i agree. its just after morningdew explaining the truth its annoying for him to continue going on trying to feel like hes right.

He doesnt accept or want morningdew's opinion. He obviously thinks that SRO has some kind of customer service set up like most companies do. If I were calling because I bought a lock for my front door, then it didnt fit and the sales lady gave me some comment like, "It says right on the package that it only fits doors size 19-43 but not 21-34. You bought it and it didnt work, too bad for you" I dont think Id accept that.
The engrish in this game IS misleading sometimes. No where on astral does it say it MIGHT fail. It implies that it will ALWAYS succeed. It doesnt say it "may be preserved" it says it "will be preserved".
It also doesnt say anywhere that all sales of silk are final and any refunds will result in your char being blocked.
I think ppl are so used to having NO ONE from JoyMax speak that anything at all is making them giddy. It's a start, but hardly adequate. I have seen words, but I have not seen a single action performed by JoyMax that resulted in any solution to any complaint.
