Questions:
Does joymax care for it's employees?
Are the employees beeing used by the top brass?
Why are there so many spelling mistakes?
How come joymax has so few employees when they have enough money to manufacture 10 atomic bombs?
Why does joymax keep adding new servers but never takes any drastic steps to defeat lagging?
When does joymax realise that the key words here are communication and socializing?
How come joymax creates so much confusion?
How come Joymax keeps contradicting itself?
How is it possible you're website is unsafe?
How come some people get refunds and some people don't?
How come some people get treated like dirt?
How come you keep creating distance to you're clients and later you scream about beeing misunderstood.
How come you make me feel like i'm back in the first grade?

I know, but everything i posted there i took from this forums topics and opinions from members, myself included.
(I tried to narrow it down as much as i could but still those things were beeing said on a daily basis.)
It really shows what we are giving joymax to eat on a daily basis.
And there's no way joymax could answer all those questions.
So the only thing that's left for them to do is pick out the questions that matter most and work them out.
If that goes well then maybe the next questions will be dealth with.
And maybe over quite some time, they could catch up with it's users and then work on a more stable enviroment.
If only they would communicate more with it's users.
Instead of giving paper note's under the tables...

Edit: Hey, I post a reply, and the original message is gone! Guess I should have QFT'ed it. On second thought, perhaps the poster reconsidered her words; still: my reply remains:
Wow, and here I thought we were the only ones with some pent up anger in us. Although I can understand your anger, and even agree with some (heck, maybe most) parts of what you wrote, there are some things that I do take offense too (in a polite matter; not everyone playing this game is a puberty plagued rebel):
1. I don't know if you have ever read all the EULAs you had to sign for using your current software, but every bit of that was legally binding we'd all be in a lot of trouble. Since I'm not one for the American dream of getting rich from a lawsuit you will never see me claiming that SRO is legally obligated to do anything, but I do believe they have a moral obligation to help out their customers when they file a legitimate complaint. It is clear that there have been some severe security problems with SRO, so it would seem only fair to me that SRO would help out those customers that fell victim because of that.
6/7. When I got hacked I sent several polite emails and bugreports to SRO. In those I detailed how I got hacked, which security problem caused this (it's one of the things that was in the recent security fixlist actually), and I sent them detailed information about my account (which was changed around January 2nd), the IP address used to play that character (which was changed around January 2nd), and screenshots of the hacker globalling and of all my PayPal payments on the account. Although I'm sure that some people can fake a source email address, the list of people capable of catching the reply is a lot smaller, and they almost always leave a trail that could be used for hacking prosecution. I don't see how much more proof SRO could have wanted, but after the initial request for more information (yes, I did get a response after my first hacked report, for which I have thanked them) things were silent for 3 weeks, and were likely to remain silent had not morningdew picked it up a few days ago. I have already seen 4 threads from gratefull people thanking her for writing them back.
Please don't give up on this community yet. Yes, there are plenty of (rude) people who should just be ignored, but you'll find those anywhere you go. There are also a lot of good people here, and if some of those have a legitimate complaint it would be nice if you could work with them to help them out.
Also: resources are indeed finite, but when I read that morningdew and her crew often put in 20 hour working days I do believe there's a serious staffing problem. If SRO cannot hire new people, just let them use the helpful people in this community. There are plenty of mature helpful knowledgable people here that would love to devote their time for free to help out. I'm 34, hold a masters degree in computer science, and am hereby volunteering my time. I'm sure they know by now where to reach me.

QFT +9 SoS.
i know SO many people who LOVE this game and would do ANYTHING to help it get sorted out right. i for one was super-interested in the Silk Assistant program, which fell by the wayside rather quickly. i've even told the few GM's i've talked to in-game that i'd love to lend a hand any way i could. and i know at least 100 people like me who simply refuse to a) ignore the problems and hope they go away, b) bitch and moan on every forum we come to about them, or c) get fed up and quit over them.
HEY MORNINGDEW! PICK ME!!
or don't. but please, for the good of the entire SRO community, pick someone.

Take make people love theire game again, you first have to clear the mist they themselves have created.
(Remember that all those questions were taken from roughly most members here, and it shows theire duality and theire randomness)
Remember that i always said that i love this forum, and i love this game.
But sometimes it's not enough to just say it,sometimes you have to confront people with theire own misconceptions and prejudice.
I think it's wonderfull that you're offering you're skills to help them out.
Because i think they could certainly use it.
I know many here can do it,but not many step forward.
Seriously....i hope you get a positive response from morningdew.

This is a good topic in my opinion.
It's just a pity that the good topics get burried because of the other topics.
It's a shame that people lose attention so easily..

with this increase in customer service and that new hacking tips guide from a white-hat hacker I feel so much better about staying in SRO!

Too easily satisfied lol.
Ladyasiana appears WOOT WOOT. But no results.
Then regress back to JM blows balls.
Then dew makes a few posts and a few PMs and WOOT WOOT. But no results.
Most likely nothing will become of it since it IS policy. And if anything, JM, or more likely just dew, will only handle a few "selected" players' problems before they get flooded or just flat out ignore the rest just like they favor servers and ignore others.
Let's see if there is any consistency before you praise an underserved JM 50 times over only to be screwed because you spend another 500 silk and JM goes on another hike.
No offense to the quoted, just general ranting ^^

When you're quoting yourself, there's usually something wrong. Although I still stand by my words when it comes to SRF, I've started to understand your anger towards the community after hanging around on the SRO forums for a week now. The amount of insults, whining, and baseless accusations on that forum is really beyond tolerable. JoyMax would do well to get some active moderators, perhaps volunteers from the community, to keep those forums clean. Then again, they would also do well to ask Ryoko to help them set up a good forum, for there are plenty of features still missing that cause it to be flooded with the same threads over and over again.
