I was never online when new people joined XD All i saw were offline members who never logged in.
I bet that guy from yesterday gonna log in in a few months though >_> We need people that we KNOW they are active. Not random nubz.

You can enter the guild storage since lvl 3 and buy that scroll.

You should use the storage from LvL2 and we are LvL2 104%
