My guild is screwed >.<

i just decided to make a new guild about 2 weeks ago.
everything seemed fine until we hit 100%. i was wondering where the hell im gonna get 3 million from to level up the guild! other than that, most of my members cant even spk ..... english and theyre all idiotic!
now the guild is at 170% and leveling hell fast and all I've managed to sum up was a million...

can someone give me some advice how to get 3 million and then another 9 million to level up the guild to 3?

doing a million trade runs seems pretty impossible and i doubt any of the members will want to help me out with the money >.<

YUP....if not boot em then re-recruite.

i was lucky enough that most of my guild mates were more than willing to shell out a couple MIL to lvl up the guild right before they left to make thier own.
