Schwat? If microtransactions were that profitable, I'd start an mmo myself. I think you're overestimating the number of people who buy silk.

People who buy silk tend to buy more than 10 bucks a month.

People who pay to play spend no more than 15 .

Trust me when i say that joymax brings in more revenue than 70% of PTP games ,Its not some wild guess by a dumb blonde .

Even if only half of isros players are spending 10 bucks a month ( its closer to 68.3% and 18 dollars monthly) it puts them in the top 1/3 of mmo's for revenue generated.

i'll use simple math for you.

2 mill isro accounts lets say 1/4 are innactive and 1/4 do not buy any silk at all.

That leaves 1 million silk buyers and for the sake of simple math lets say they buy 10 bucks a month worth of silk (although i know its more :p)

Thats 10 million per month gross lets be harsh and say 50% is lost to transaction fee's taxes and international fee's ( its more like 27% but hey what do i know)

Now we are at 5 million dollars PER MONTH from that lets say they loose 1/4 to bandwidth costs and misc operating fees (salaries etc).

3.75 mill per month NET profit.

Now please tell me how you excuse such piss poor customer service and service in general.
