For an archer, im thinking of achieving around an 80/80 phys%/mag% balance. Would allocating my points 2 int, 1 str achieve that at level 70 or less? If not, how would I allocate my points from lvl 1-70?
Also, I'm thinking of getting 1 skill out of these 3 (autumn wind, strong bow, berserker arrow), which is best for pvp???
Also, dont critisize my build, all I want to know is answers to these 2 questions.

autumn wind is piercing attack, like flying dragon flow, good for in line mobs
Berzerker arrow is an AoE explosive, good for mobs huddled around you or a group in the distance.
Strong Bow is a ahrd hitter, but ectremely slow.
for PvP i'd advise berzerker arrow, as its AoE, quite faster to launch, and more chance of hitting people around then the penetration, after that would be autumn wind, becaue of the penetration and its fast launch.
strong bow is definately a no go for PvP you get knocked on your ass six times before that thing goes off. I'd only use strong bow as the first hit on a mob.

Strong bow is good despite the hype about it, its good first hit in pvp, it only takes along time to cast, not to use other skils after it, its almost like using ur normal skill combo while the target is weakend a bit, but you definatly dont need the autumn wind skill, berserker series makes it pretty much useless, better aoe and much better dmg with book 3.

Well, Str increases physical and Int increases magical, so think about it.... If you want physical and magical to be equal you would set up the equation. Where x=str and y=int. x=y. Yep, that's your equation for your build I believe.

Strong bow is awesome as a starter arrow in pvp..... Unless you have devil arrow
I use it with good succes
Of course it all comes down to the situation.
And yes its got like a 4 second long delay, where you instead could use anti devil + berserk.
But keep in mind between anti devil and berserk your opponent will have time to pot
Conclusion = strong bow ownz as ze' starter arrow

Triple post ftl anyways it's impossible to be at 80-80% but for 70-70% you need 171 strength and 214 int.
