A polearm is a pure str weapon, right?

This SoS +9 polearm has phys. attack +61%, but the values for mag. attack are still higher?????

I am no expert for polearms, cause I don't use one, but I thought the values for the phys. attack should be higher.

when i decided to make it (+9) i was scared...i spent about a week buying up weapon elixirs that are 200k and under. day by day buying silks. then when the moment came...i was shaking my balls off. but well worth it now. =D
