Change your ip? OInly way that can happen is if you pay to change it or are on a proxy server.
Oh, and phpbb forums have many features...

also, there are plenty of free sites that let you browse the internet with a proxy

I do not go to a community college, i got to the City Of Bristol College.
I know what i am talking about.
And ip masking software ect are just cheap non-working ways of getitng your email address when you sign up so they can sell them to companys that will spam your inbox
