Just saying.. They can't Just ignore reports. They shouldn't simply ignore reports yes, but that report wasn't supposed to happen in the first place. The idiot was probably thinking they were doing a huge favor to society by reporting that kid when they actually let this shit happen. I wonder what that person thinks now.

I can't believe some of these cats here thinks he deserves any form of punishment...if he does then its time to turn yourselves in for every time you've made an obscene joke similar in nature....The justice system would be overflowing with people waiting for trial.....Ya'll must be trolling indeed... There is a reason its called the land of the free....It aint a dictatorship...
