I couldn't take anything this guy says seriously. He looks like stereotypical meathead douche number 4 million

I've seen plenty of his videos at this point, he's well spoken but so what. What he chooses to talk about is not particularly important ....

And no is not ok to be a delusional self involved ahole. Aim for awesome, thats a personality that kicks the shit out of others.

90% of what he sez here is garbage...No need to mouth off to your friends and condescend to them just because you've changed yourself...It only shows that you are mentally weak and that everything you do hinges on the perceptions of others.... Why else would you need to mouth off to them?... You're just seeking validation through comparison.

You want to motivate, inspire, "shine" via your accomplishments? Take lessons from some of the most self driven people on earth who inspire, motivate, and uplift by example (actions) rather than mouthing off/condescend to the people they know.....These people never saw the need to compare to others in order to feel good/bad, confident/non-confident, better/worst about themselves...

You climb a mountain and reach the top and you're obviously not fully satisfied with your personal success so you have to harp/tease others who didn't pull off what you did...For what purpose?...To make yourself feel better?...it's rather pathetic...
