Equalizer for video?

Hello folks,

Do you know any good program that can change the equalizer of audio of a video? It's not changing when you hear it like with winamp or window media player but literally convert the audio so it will works on all media players without configuring anything.

I don't think there's programs for that :/
Maybe some plugins for the more advanced video editing software.

you could seperate the audio, equalize it to your liking and then re-attach it to the video again instead

why don;t you just pull the audio track from the video, modify, and put it back in

That's too much task, isn't there any program that could do all for me? There must be one
