All you guys with elitepvper accounts should go there and suggest they remove magic lucky powders from this server. Just saying because we have them on Loki and I'm wearing a som+22 sword. ;)

We'll be in the same boat, I'm either going force sword or force spear. Technically we are capable of doing more damage than wizards. :sohappy:
I had a lvl 80 glaive on Apollo with half a sun set +7/8 and was getting nuked for 15k by a sun force sword.
11-13k on my hybrid int spear with the same garm set on. :banghead:
Spam force stun, kd, and division/weaken on anybody and they should die pretty quick, especially with 4 stabs now.

Bad things that you should take into consideration:
  • Rogues and warriors are OP, with more int and str, 1 hit fights won't be fun.
  • Botting allowed(farming Egy and Elixirs allnight, beat that with your legit play)
  • It's stated that chinese will have 120% speed with lightning, speed advantage for chinese?(donotwant)
  • Full map will make players spread around it, and thieving will be superhard.
  • Holy spell added(100% immunity for all party members)+ warlock debuff nerf= warlock build trashed.
  • Trading difficulty increased(No silk trans for gold and euro thieves)(actually this would be a good thing for some people; thieves and hardcore players)
  • No jobtemple(less fun)
  • No mana orbit

someone should get the GMs to fix those, or some of them at least.
I will give it a try anyway.

That's too high imo, the lvl 114 skill of it only goes 25 meters.

-Add Chinese PQ so they can be accepted into PTs easier.
-Maybe nerf Holy Spell, rogues [increased DD cooldown or reduce the 75% bonus], and or nerf warriors [mostly Daredevil and Shield Crush] a little.
Nothing more annoying than getting 1 hit with 50% snow on by a crit or getting knock backed every 5 seconds.
As a warrior, I know how annoying I can be. :p

About the Ghost Walk Shadow, it will be lowered to about 20-25 meters.
Chinese PQ, good idea, ill let the admins know.
About DAT holy spell, I will ask them to nerf it for sure.
About Dare devil, it will be nerfed for sure, don't worry.

P.S : I hope i'll be able to talk with the admins today, he seems afk but ill do my best to send him every suggestions before the server opens :)

Alright, just got some good news for you guys, the LEGITZ :)

Job Temple added.

- Egy B drops only in Temple, Uniques and NPC Thieves/Hunter (bout the botting part)
- Elephant got added to Stable NPC
- Mana Orbit will be added
- Holy Spell is 50%
- Removed magic lucky powder to avoid high pluses :)
- Chin PQ will be added.

Just x1,5, but the issue is gone because it seems they are removing the magic luckys from xerxes.

Also in Salvation with the elixirs being sold at the NPC the +9 was the "normal" plus you need to get in order to have a fair pvp, to have a special weapon it starts from +10 which is ridiculous imo
on the other hand with harder alchemy you'll get alot of disappointment from players, so don't make it any harder, just remove the adv elixirs
that way players would feel the achievement in getting a +7 weapon, and any higher plus will be unique.

I assume there will be 72 weapons. The info says A class egyptian weapons will be a bit weaker than 8d SoM, which is exactly what 72 weapons are. So what does a int build like wizard profit from having A weapon? O_o

72 Staff = max 1544 mag. atk. and 323,5% reinforce
64 SoM staff = max 1648 mag. atk. and 336,6% reinforce (~+3 difference if you count in reinforce)

I don't see any space for lowering the stats... and of course staff has the biggest difference due to having higher base values so it'll be even smaller with other weapon types. What I'm trying to say is that it would make more sense if the A weapons were exactly like som. That way A would be 72+3 and B type weapons could be 72+5 or +6.

NORMAL 72 : 1264 - 1544mag 264.7 - 323.5 mag rein

SOM : 1348 - 1648mag 275.4 - 336.6 mag rein

EGY A : 1312 - 1592mag 269.7 - 328.5 mag rein

Egy A has d11 blues, means you have more str/int, means you hit abit more ;P

So as a wizard I would have to collect tons of coins to get 48 more mag atk, 5% reinforce (which is +16,8 dmg) and 2 int/str... Not to mention if I made a chn char, for example s/s, the difference would be like 30 mag atk and 3% reinforce (+10 dmg). :D If you had 2 indentical chars, one wearing a 72+0 and the other one wearing A type weapon. You would hardly see any difference in the dmg when hitting high lvl mobs/other players.

Wizard with 72+0 staff = 2631 mag. atk. (bonus dmg from int not applied, it's irrelevant when both are 100% int builds wearing full 11d sets with max blues)
Wizard with A+0 staff = 2701 mag. atk. (bonus dmg from int not applied only the 2 extra int from the staff is applied)

Is there any point spending time to get one?

*Wizard with 64 som staff = 2779 mag. atk.

Also there will be another problem if the weapons are too weak. Take 2 glaivers for example, with 11d blues/devil they got even higher hp. How are they even going to kill each other? On Loki it takes a while from 2 evenly geared glaivers with regular 8d som+5's to kill each other and they got much lower hp here without devil/11d blues. We don't even have vigors here. xD

Just to give you a better idea about the issue:
On Loki glaivers have ~22k hp with stronger weapons and no vigors
On Xerxes they can reach ~29k hp but weapons are weaker and there's vigors too. O.o

Won't be fun if the only str build thats able to kill other str builds is rogue...

I was thinking about the HP issue last night as well.

Pure int sword
13773 HP

Glaive
28971 HP

An int would have zero chance against any str in 11D since their damage simply wouldn't be high enough.
A pure int spear with 72 +7 nukes a str glaiver in +5 gear for around 8-11k I believe, so I'll say 10k average for a strong spear nuker. 10k to 29k HP is nothing. Either the 11D int/str/stam bonuses need to go or we need stronger weapons, especially for Chinese. :P
I can't imagine a glaive attempting to kill a warrior/cleric with nearly 30k hp, it just wouldn't happen.

you forgot to add the devil spirit hp bonus :p

at salvation a good spear nuker could hit over 13-14k on str chars at salvation, party play would be completely different though..

even so, we will see.

Huh? Before people start to make their own calculations; the devil bonus is always applied to the base hp. Pure str at 80 has 336*47,79=16060 hp and glaiver has 18139 due to the passive. Pure int has 99*47,79=4732 base hp.

With devil spirit:
Heuksal (336*47,79+2079)*1,15 = 20859
No heuksal 336*47,79*1,15 = 18469
Int heuksal (99*47,79+2079)*1,15 = 7833
Int no heuksal 99*47,79*1,15 = 5442

To get the total hp, remember to add 3900 (hp blues on set) and 3680 (hp from set's str) or 4014 with bicheon.
Edit: These values might be off +/- few points because I was too lazy to use all the decimals. xD
