I asked the same thing but got no response, so I guess not.
Some guy I met invited me 2 his guild and it has a pretty big union...so I'm fine there atm.

Some people do, and 250m per stack of 250 seems to be the average going price.

1) Yeah, to my knowledge. They all drop very frequently.

2) Haven't done much with that on this server, so I'll leave it alone

3) Buy an immortal, work toward desired plus, repeat until reached. I made a +11 nova spear in 50 or so attempts.
