Couple things I figured out so far, for new players later on.

1) Avoid academies, 98% of them offer gold for graduating and don't pay it, sure, you'll be 60 in ten minutes, but you won't be able to afford anything.
2) Its actually smart to gap in this server, if you don't, you'll level too quickly, and the gold won't even out with the level. Basically the same thing will happen as if you join an academy. I found a 5-6 gap is a good balance of fast leveling and money making.

Just some stuff I thought would be helpful.

I heard an SRF guild is getting made today, hopefully we'll be aiming to take a fort too.
You can cap in a day easily, even if you gap to keep up with having money for gear, and finding 11D gear isn't too hard.

We've been goin to town on uniques recently. Pretty sure were the only ones that killed all 5 in HWT/Pharaoh's tomb (don't know why, they aren't that hard), and I know were the only ones that actually made it to Medusa. We woulda killed her too, but 80% of our party dc'd and we were left with 3 people.
