For those of you that don't know, today is the opening of the Rugby World Cup! Auckland is crazy right now, it's been an awesome day. NZ vs Tonga kicks off in a few hours and its gonna be awesome. Well I'm off to watch the game.
^Oh so its pretty much the same thing as football. Is it based on plays or continuous (like soccer)?
Im trying to check out videos in youtube but all the vids (even the highlights) are just a compilation of rugby player's faces looking all intense and nervous

Its completely different because you can only pass it backwards, it makes it that much harder.
There are 2 different types of rugby, League and Union. In League you get 6 tackles and have to hand over possession afterwards in Union its continuous. The World Cup is Union.
(Some teams do a Haka before the match, to intimidate the opposition. All Black's one is fucking epic)

Agreed, Wales played very well. The game was decided by that one dodgy call... IMO Japan did really well too but the score doesn't reflect their effort.

I was considering asking my family to mail me an all blacks jersey, but since they're in Australia I don't know how they would take it.
Haha probably wouldn't take it very well knowing them Aussies. These jerseys are damn expensive though, 180 NZD so I don't think I'll be getting one unless its on special.
