lol no, they got nerfed, however they also nerfed warriors and summoners so pretty much every class is close to balanced except priests which is still untouched

so everybody playing EU now? lol, how goes the Allods community? I would play again if they get rid of those 'do it once a day' quests

Good news everybody, the incence mechanic will be changed in the future, the incence will now just give like some other skills, but you will be able to level and that without it. use google translate http://allods.mail.ru/news.php?article=757also you will be able to get married with eachother. To firevortex: I dont play allods anymore.

No idea, it didn't say anything about that but I guess not, that subject still seems to be sensitive, well atleast in the chinese developed games, but Astrum Nival doesn't seem to be the typical developers as you may have noticed in some of the quest texts.
Time will tell.

If they're getting rid of the incense mechanic I might actually give this game another shot, might probably run a warden this time
Edit:
So what's the mechanic like now in the game? do you still have to do daily quest to get incense in order to just play? and what about other things like FoD and Cursed items? sry if they're noob questions because I havn't pay much attention to the game for a while.

You have to use incence when you come to Asee-Teph,FoD is gone, it got replaced with cursed items and I dont see cursed items removed any soon. The incence mechanic will be removed and you will be able to level without it to cap, however you will have to use it at cap since it gives special buffs, however a new mechanic will be added to balance the classes, especially the healing classes, something called rune curse. What I have understanded is if you got all level 6 runes and someone with level 8 runes attack you, the incoming heals will be less since the the level 8 runes curse you on some way, kinda hard to explain but it's simple another "buy runes and you pwnpwn".

I just downloaded and installed this game and was wondering what is the best DPS Warrior build as i have been looking around and different guides have said complete different things to each other. And are DPS Warriors wanted and useful in team play and raids? Also which server to play on btw i havn't been around for a while and just noticed cin was banned? what was the reason he was banned? just wondering.

No, DPS warriors arent that much needed in groups at higher level, I would suggest leveling as a DPS warrior but in end game respec into a tank. I would guess you play in the NA version and I played in the EU version, so I cant say anything but take the server you want.
Cin requested a ban, I dont know why but it wasn't because he broke any rules or so.

Of course it's "pay2win". That's pretty much a given in any f2p games. I play Allods NA, Tensess server. I never used the cash shop and still managed to be full epics w/ some legendaries and level 6 runes. The mass ragequit over incense and curse system was an overreaction, IMO. Game was never anywhere near to being unplayable if you didn't pay.

On the NA server that might had been the case, but keep in mind that you got like 3x the population that we have on EU, a large bag of crystal chips goes for 1000G-1500G when in NA they go for what? 500G top?
Also, you guys got those surveys and shit, EU got too, but 98% of them doesnt even give any gpotatoes.
NA overreacted quite a bit, but EU didn't, we actually underreacted, there wasn't much whining and complains at our forum at all.

I didn't quit because of incense nor the curse system, I quit because of the way the company treat their customers and how they manage the game, yes I understand its a f2p, but how they force the system on us is rather uncalled for in my opinion, regardless, we were unhappy of how they treated the situation, and therefore decided to leave. Anyhow, I'm just currently observing the game from afar and seeing how it develops in the near future.

Atleast Gpotato NA treat their customers better than Gpotato EU, you guys get like 1 event each day, we are lucky if we get 1 event on a month. The EU servers got rollbacked two days since GM's put Crystal Chips for like 50 copper each at some vendors and we didn't even get a compensation for it. I lost 2 levels and since then I haven't felt like playing.

Never actually hit 42 if you believed me. I didn't even play the game. But however I started actually playing this game and it's fun. Lots of high levels are telling me gpotatoe or w.e the companys name is, is actually trying to create a good game. also i earned a few gpotatoes back then and I finally bought a set and I got some rare set some dude told me.

Ye, gpotato was never the problem, they are trying to make the game good. But they cant do much unless Astrum Nival let them, that's where the problem is.

Well people told me the leveling is easier now, but obviously still a long process.
It's open beta still I believe right?
