Because of this we are forced to also start banning accounts that received their order which we did not receive money for. This is all very unfortunate this is why we advise your if you ordered with them and are banned because of this to charge back or contact your bank (manager) to request your money back and to report them for fraud.

So can you please tell me how it is going to destroy alchemy? If someone got +9 legitimately, why not be able to + it once and be +10? Then it will have a tag of Advanced elixir in effect +1. So you can't use it anymore. Going any higher will be at your own risk. You can't just spam these Advanced Elixirs.
