The PoP quest is available at level 11 I believe and you get it at main square in Novograd from that priest who stands in the small "house" at the Auctioneer.

You get the incence quest from the rune supplier in the gibberling district, you have to be level 16 and have to do the rune tutorial quests before you can take it.

Always put your stats on luck, no matter what class you are.

Check up on guides on allods.gpotato.com and allods.gpotato.eu, I had a capped warrior so I can answer questions for them.

I really liked this game when I played it. Actually, think I just stopped because I'd keep dying to the quest mob, lack of interest and patience :P

I've visited the website and some PvP videos, and I really feel like playing again. Although to be honest, HeysaN's 15+ pages of dissing Allods greedyness kinda scared me away from the game :P So here's my question;

In a day to day basis as I'm leveling, what will really bother me (that has something to do with the Cash Store). I keep hearing about Incense and Cursed Items, so basically I just have to avoid dying?

You do not need any incence when leveling until you reach Asee-Teph which is around level 23-24, and you dont need to care about cursed items until you get the epics tbh, since moste of the items you got is from reputation vendors and if the item get cursed you can just go back and buy a new one, or you can do the free Holy Charm quest that cost 20 silver and receieve 5 Charms daily, there is also a daily incence quest so incence is no longer a problem.

For the incence you got to run around to different NPC's and collect broken runes and for the Holy Charm quest you just have to accept the quest then turn it in for the cost of 20 silver.

Well, it's a grind, it's not that bad before level 30, but after that it may feel like a bitch, atm it doesnt feel like the grind is worth it for the end game content, but when I think about the expansions that arrive before christmas I pull my dick and hold out.

If someone wonder what the two expansions is about:

Version 1.1.04 (sorry, we will not give you the name of the update just yet)
As you can see we are skipping version 1.1.03.
In this version, the main highlights will be:


•Sarn’s incarnation enters Demon City. All the bosses are now live to be raided, may the best be equipped in Legendary equipment.
•Thawing island (code name for this area at the moment) that will provide more PvP entertainment for players level 40-42 with no faction restriction to attack and epic chests!
•Junes catacombs (code name for this area), a new unique dungeon for players level 40+ with free for all PvP.
•Astral ships improvements with all new devices and major improvements on old devices.
•Total revamp of the Guilds system with a new interface, guild levels and much more; this is the prelude to Astral confrontation.

Version 1.1.05 (sorry, we will not give you the name of the update just yet either)
In this version, the main highlights will be:

•The level cap is increased to 45 and thus smoothing the 41-42 levelling curve.
•New areas for players 43-45, be prepared to travel into the Astral!
•Modifications to instances and raid encounters due to the raise of the cap level.
•Many other elements ;o) (sorry once more, you’ll have to wait still a bit more)


The last mentioned patch is the patch that finally takes Allods out from Open Beta and counts as officaly launched.

4 months ago, my Psi had about 10 Spells. Now he has 4 Spells with totally different animations :shock:

RoM sucks, crappy animations and they just keep releasing new content without fixing the old, it has gone so far that people actually complain about expansions in that game.

It should be called BoM instead, stands for Bugs of Magic.. You know, game is buggy and the games title is Runes of Magic but I replaced "Runes" with "Bugs". Just wanted to tell you that so you did not understand what I meant.

I am not quite sure if everyone understanded I replaced "Runes" with "Bugs", so I just put it out there again.. You know.. Just to make sure.

Uhm, hi once again. So... I just got a call from my assistant that said that some did not understand what I meant.. Even if I made it clear twice I will explain it again. The game isnt called Bugs of Magic, but Runes of Magic... I just replaced the "Runes" with "Bugs". I hope this make it more clearer.

The graphics aint bad at all, however the walking animations could need a improvement. I gonna start playing in a couple of days. Been watching some videos and the end game seems interesting, however McL, do you play on the US version?
