As topic says, when is high lvl to you? Personally, I would say around 80-85 ...and you?

I guess anything about 100 is high lvl. I usually just take the cap and withdraw 10 lvls

High level mean you can do stuff that require high level players like FW,Jobbing,Unique Hunting(Not the low level uniques).That can't be 80-90.
Cool..forum rollback after i wrote posts for like 15 full minutes

High level is level 101....because its the last degree D11....
At 101 u pick the last Weapon and the last Equips.

~10 lvls from "cap", so lvl 100 now i suppose,
at the 80 cap, lvl 70 was "high" ect.

Well, for me it depends on the farthest I've gotten to.
High level I've gotten to is 48.
So, I consider anyone above 60, more or less, to be a high level.
Well, not a high level, I just see everyone below it to be noobish.

You can achieve level 100 in 2 or 3 months. With 24/7 powerlevel up to 85 then 8/8 party to your way up.

110 cause im in 11dg already. My char is 105 near to 106 so all who are higher are high lvl for me. Still theres a big difference between those lvls. plus all who are Baron or better are too cause Im still Baronet (105 Quest takes some time without a group  )
