The build wouldnt be as effective as in isro because it loses the bicheon debuffs, but would this still be a useful build in PvP?

I prefer my hybrids on the heavier side, and Im just wondering if this would do alright in PvP.

do the build you were doing in ecsro you seemed to be doing good from what i remember.

I'd rather take fire over light, more so for hybrid...
