I do think they're gonna get sued soon, cause some noob on epvp reported the server. It's only a matter of time before every server gets sued.
Hell, even in the terms of use it says they'll probably get sued. ^^ They are technically not selling anything. For donating a certain amount you get to receive <insert product>. They're not making a profit off the game. They're making donations. It's the loophole in the system of private servers, because if you do sell another person's product without permission your ass is just waiting to get sued. Running their product/service is a different story.

That little © means something. You can put any label you wish on it, doesn't change the content.

Their terms = world wide(I think?), but country laws don't exist in every other country. Again loophole. Joymax terms clearly stats you cannot make a profit off their game and that's what private servers do, not make a profit. They accept donations. Fiction wrote: All to do with copyright laws... Based on what you've stated, if the country has no laws on copyrights... Why would it matter if they used the name Silkroad? Can we not just except that they are kinda uneducated on almost everything? Be it law/english/programming/common sense/etc  -Discussion- not arguing.

It's like a gift; you donate money to someone/a fund, and you don't receive anything in return. Just like a gift. I mean, if I give you a birthday gift, I don't expect anything back in return. ZSZC is using the word ''donations'' wrong. But if they just put something like ''Buy ZSP'' on their website, they'll probably get sued in a day or 2.

i have seen a few around that were used on isro, i imagine that it wouldnt be hard to simply change the ip and port to zszc and get the same readings.
