Yea 1 lvl makes HUGE difference so if your fighting a mob 1 lvl higher your gonna get some problems =|.

There is a FoD bug, if you die, go to the purtagory, wait until the "revive" button appears then log out and in again and boom, no FoD, enjoy it while it last. They will probably be quick and fix it.

If the rested EXP is full yea you should turn it in so it can reset and give more fatigue
