So Warlocks are mostly needed? But then again, they arent really needed in Pts.... I would prefer making a Wiz. But they seem to be most common..

Aren't really needed in pt's?Mate they are the holy grail of making pt mobs die faster,and got better then decent buffs for pt too XD,Wizzies are cool too,also speed up things a ton

Sure they are good for weakening mobs and what not, but a pt full of wiz's, warriors, bard/clerics. A warlock is useless... Why have a lock when your wiz. can deal most of the damage? Idk, I just am not a lock fan. Made one once, not a fan, I saw it as being pointless. *No offence to anyone who already has one*

i personally have 2 kids and a wife that take o lot of my priority. so i end up soloing alot. a (poor) lock can solo way better than a (poor) wiz in my experience. if i become useless in a party as lock i can use my sub. up until the surge of magic mobs after 50 at least.

What are you trying to say by poor?... Have you looked lately at what Characters have reached level 100 before anything else? Wizards own the majority of the level 100 population, And since 90% of all level 100 chars are bots, they also solo ALONE. I would look at it again on who solo's alone best.. I would take a wiz. anyday over a warlock... And especially if I know im going to reach a certain level before a warlock..

But talking about soloing, you debuff a mob. your not gonna have those 3 wizards around to attack it and take out the mob in a few hits.. Your on your own without a party as a warlock, your nott reallllyyy gonna do to much as a wizard would.

solo just put dots up on target and run  (zerk like evry 2mins) party put dots and debuffs up btw double post

By poor I mean I have 150k gold on iris… im poor.
Also you guys clearly don’t know how to solo a lock. 95% of the time the only skills used are dots. Debuffs are really only used against PT mobs and giants. I can out solo a wiz anyday.

Warlocks are better against pt mobs, Wizards are for the 1 hit kills on regular mobs. You take two chars. have them start at the same time, I bet you a wiz would beat a warlock in exp... While the warlock is taking its time killing the pt mobs/giants, the wiz can just run around killing normal mobs until they get enough exp. from them that they would of gotten from a pt mob.

I think you're getting off topic here...anyway remember the wiz doesn't get zerk quite as fast as a lock does. And why would a lock take time killing party mobs any more than a wiz would?

Why wouldnt locks take time killing a pt mob? More exp from kill, better drops. Idk about you, but I would personally take my time killig a pt mob because of the better drop % ... I sometimes even risk it with a wiz... doesnt always work though hahah

pick a char u will have fun with and is needed imo ;p the ppl who like warlocks will come eventually and wont quit it half way unlike the ppl who are forced to start one

^^ this being why a lock is better. all your over damage and under def does no good if you HAVE to fight a PT mob, and zerk is pretty pointless for a wiz except the speed. anywayz. back to the topic at hand, emblems.

well, it is keeping the topic on top for one thing. and what exactly IS the topic at hand? i see everything from guild emblems to SS of parties to discussions of skype and vent to class disscusions. we werent talking about fucking chuck norris or some shit. sorry i didnt realize only a select few could deviate from the strict guidelines of this topic.
