Who cares about leveling speed,what matters is that if they want to survive as a guild they have to stay united,active,chatty and goal-oriented.Not saying anyone implied it ,but people keep seeying it as a race and honestly,in a long term sense that perspective stands in the way.

heh, yeah, should be at mobs 9-11 levels higher with a full Euro party. Sungs would be doable once everyone hits 30.

its unfortunate that everyone gets scared when it comes to partying because they dont understand that 11 level issue. then they all stay on mob their own level and get no where and get frustrated and quit.

I preferred partying at mobs that were 9 levels higher, went the fastest during my time on Venus. did 1 - 66 in 28 days.

i think another, i dont want to say problem but issue, is that once 1-2 people(depending on build) leave the party the whole thing falls apart, each party member is of equal value and we dont yet have the army of players to rapidly fill spots once people log off, or go eat, or do laundry, this or that and the other thing. but the times when we do party things roll very smoothly.. its niace

One thing I really hated today, we was discussing where to go pt. Well there was three options, Ongs, Huns, SungSungs. After fightning a lot of most of us (note not all) decided to go to huns. We were there about 10 minutes, Everything rand quite well. Then a Warlock/Cleric who had suggested us to go to Sungsungs went afk and scrolled back to town. Well we had still okey pt with our main healer, but then he had to go too and we were left there.
Well ofc we died slowly, our wizards lvls 28-34 had gained around 8% exp, but now it went negative.
So in other words I thought here to say as a notice cuz i can't use guild notice: I will not join any higher pt than Huns cuz I have seen what will happen if one person leaves and I've seen suc a thing Twice.
And im angry cuz we were doing Trade run with few hunters but one or 2 more traders than hunters, and then one Hunter wanted his +90 Trader friend do join pt and started to Pm me to leave pt, and then 4 +95 lvl thieves came and killed us.

But one cog in the wheel leaves, and the car falls apart. That's how the Venus people must have done it, they committed to partying 2 hrs straight or more. Anyway, at level 30, lvl 38-40 mobs should be doable with tanks, remember my bard/cleric partied at wings when I was 70-71. And that wasn't even a full Euro party, but a couple of higher-levels tanking/hitting. We even had the Chinese bower shooting arrows just to slow the mob down.

Like said ; We had a very nice pt at huns today. Then our cleric had to go and we all died in less then 2 minutes. It was very very frustrating, because we just had to stop pting because of 1 member. We just don't have enough people to replace the party spots that fast. We pt each day with 8 members of the guild though, which is pretty nice. You can say our core is very active and smoothly pting  And I just finished a 2* trade with a guildmember. Was nice too

Do you guys need someone for the GMT+1 timezone?? Because after seeing this I think I will join back into the game after beein inactiv for 2 years. Got a 67 wizard in venus but that ain't legit anymore  What builds do you guys need? I will consider one of them or choose one of my own.
