I like this style, but you need to improve on it.

You need some foreground effects to improve depth.
You could grab the background c4d, erase some of it, and place on tope of the render.(Make sure it flows.)

V1 is better.

Keep it up.

Thanks for tips,

Can you tell me some examples of "Foreground effects"?

As for the C4D, I actually had tried what you said. Had the C4D,then my Render, then the same C4D over him so I could create a "spinning tornado" kinda effect, but it looked weird :(

1st of all stock/render is streched, second it lacks of effects and more small details fon't isn't bad but it's in wrong place and colors does not match, lacks of lightining. Add some lights, or effect c4d to make it more "alive"

Thanks, thats exactly the kind of feedback I need.

For effects ; This is really my lack of knowledge, I don't know many techniques and the one I know usually involve playing with Blending Options.

For Lightning ; I know :( I'v seen some sick ass sigs with awesome Lightning on them. I played around with Render-->Lightning Effects but yeah :(
