- why is that? ECSRO got demanded by Joymax for an ammount of US$ 2,500,000, ECSRO used to take information of the servers of iSRO! I actually don't know if everyone knows it but i decided to post it because i didn't find an other post and maybe many people still don't know about this.
I will show you all the proves so you can see that ECSRO will never be online again due to this insident

I know you don't see me around here that much. Simple reason: I got lots of other stuff to do here. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in general news about PServers.So since many rumors spread around here and it's becoming more and more difficult to distinguish lies from facts I decided to gather some trustworthy information from trustworthy and well-informed persons.
I contacted SRO-DB admins and asked for an exclusive interview about ECSRO and they accepted. Here I want to thank .pR3y and Zathor for their help on the preparations for the interview,
First of all I want to mention that I tried to contact Ocean himself and with the help of SRO-DB admins I accomplished sending him a message. But as expected he didn't respond at all, still I wanted to try it at least. By the way, I'm sorry that the interview was being hold in German but it was far easier to do it like that since the 4 of us all have German as our first language and so it's easier to express facts more appropriate. I will post the original screenshots of the conversation and will translate it below. You have to trust me about the translation, but if you ask any German fellow around here who is able to understand the English language I'm sure he will confirm everything I wrote. Sorry if I wrote some wrong judicial terms, I'm not sure about those.

ECSRO never was a company in judicial terms, that's why the lawsuit will be limited to private individuals

O:
We can't provide any information about that. For the interested persons out there - Joymax is explicitly after the server files (that has been made clear in the complaint) and those who try to "achieve" them are in severe danger.

I know that most of you have never heard of me and never will.
I want to tell you a story.
When I joined ECSRO in august 2009 I was optimistic and more than enthusiastic regarding the situation and quality of the servers.
At first most things seemed well managed and running smoothly.
But after several arguments with the GMs and Assistants I got to know about the tensions that prevailed in the team for a long time.
Many former team members had quarrels with Eike (P-Master) and regularly expressed their discontent with his actions – either with demonstrations of extraordinary scale or with Unique-events that killed the server on purpose.
Fact was – P-Master had to go.
But Ocean, the renowned owner of the servers, blinded by his naïve distrust, never listened.
He trusted Eike and this was one of his many mistakes.
Eike did far more than just raking in money behind Oceans back.
Sometime around Christmas he visited Ocean in China.
Ocean, informed of Eike’s intrigues and scheming by that time, did not waver to withdraw Eike from the ECSRO-Project and end their friendship.
At that time a great turmoil went through ECSRO.
New GMs, old GMs, nobody really knew who was part of the team anymore and whether the new places would be reoccupied.
And this is where I come into play.
Since I used to have much contact with ocean and had friendly affiliations with the team members, I was chosen to become an Assistant or Trial-Assistant to be exact.
My wholehearted whish was to re-establish order in the team and to help and support the users.
My intentions are not as honourable as they seem here.
I just wanted to play peacefully on this private server, together with my friends and everyone else.
They should have gotten their answers, their items.
But alas, I wasn’t able to fulfil all this.
I was simply…too late.
ECSRO was already damned when I began my struggle.
All that is left for me is to simply hope that I was a good friend/assistant to all those that know me.
I will hereby withdraw from my appointment as an Assistant.
