That's amazing, you shold contact capcom and sell them that stuff so that they will add it to a DLC.

Well maybe it's not legal.

I don't think they would have much trouble with it. I'm merely changing appearance, it's not that I change things to grant myself immortality or stuff like that. Wesker's melee moves are more powerful in Mercenaries, but in the mods I did he doesn't do any more damage than Chris would. The Samurai Edge is more powerful than the standard M92F, but I only replaced the model and the sound.

Here some more Jill/Wesker animations:
Code: Select all
Not done processing yet, though.

Well funny story. I went to download the game but xbox shot me down. When my brother made my account 2-3 years ago he listed it as a childs account or whatever.... So now I have to wait about two months until I am 18 and then maybe I can view mature content. The funny part is the don't prevent games with the M title on discs.

It is stupid. So to respond RuYi, I will probably steal a friends copy haha.

So this game has gone down to $40 at work, but that's for PS3. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what I'd be missing out on if I went PS3 version over PC.

Me. :(

I only recorded 30 hours playing total, cause I cant find anyone to play with and its pretty hard playing with random people on mercenaries and even the regular story.

Well obviously you can't mod the PS3 version, so you'll be missing out on that.
You can't play with the few SRF members that have the PC version, so you'll be missing out on that, too.
The PS3 version does not have this "awesome" costume, but that's about it I think. The games are exactly the same, with the exception of No Mercy Mercenaries mode that the PC version has, but the console versions have Versus, and they will also get awesome downloadable content I'm awaiting with baited breath. :3

Well No Mercy Mercs is the biggest difference between the console and the PC version, so unless you arae a huge fan of the Mercenaries minigame, just settle with the PS3 version. I believe the upcoming DLC is consoles only, too.

And else just get both. :3

Necro'd not for PC version, but about the DLC.

$5 for Lost in Nightmares is so not worth it lol. Made me jump a couple times, short, and not really any action. Can finish it in like 10minutes. Then another $5 for Desperate Escape in march.. capcom.. you are god at making people throw money at your face.

I never stopped playing. Or modding lol.
I let the dogs out in Mercs, went to an executioner party, turned Majini's friendly and also very passive (Video), fell off the map a few times and was the leader of multiple congo lines, and there's still tons to do. I hope the PC version will get the DLC and the new costume packs as well.

With the new DLC packs being out I switched the PC version for the console version again, and I loved the DLC. Lost in Nightmares was really nice, more horror, and the little easter egg Capcom hid in it was neat too. The other one, Desperate Escape is pretty much non-stop action, with a challenging professional mode. Mercenaries Reunion is fun with new characters like Barry, Rebecca and a few variations of Chris and Sheva, as well as Excella. Would rather have Spencer in his wheelchair than her, but meh.

Now the new DLC that came out a few days back a buddy bought it and gave it to me. Now that was worth it compared to Lost in Nightmares. Desperate Escape was a bit longer, but had more action to it. Wave after wave appearing was pretty nice, but unless you picked up the shotty and 100 rounds you are pretty much unstoppable.
