There are legit people still playing, quit generalizing the entire population as botters/quitters to justify why you bot/quit.

Well, I only half assed read most of the posts, then out of the blue I see something about me in a thread that has nothing to do with me. First id like to thank all my fans that made this moment possible. Its a real honor to be a part of your thoughts even when im not around. And Apollion, you always make me proud.

Now to get to the situation at hand. I don’t care on a personal level. But karras knew better. He should have watched his words and knew this was going to happen.


This thread, just like this forum, just like the game, is full of people who bot and pretend to be legit. I just don’t get it. Who are you trying to convince? Take what I say at face value and nothing more.

I thought at least the mods/admins on SRF care about who bots or not...

Ok so..on 3 febrary GOLD companies got to some guy,and they hacked hack shield that joymax uses because like 20k goldbot accounts got banned
so after these guys discovered how to hack JM protection ban ran out of control..
ban is totally random for what i know...

The same answer we heard for a lot of time:
"My friend bots/bought gold, that's why I know"
"I hate/complain about bots but I got a friend who bot"
etc...

Odd, you tend to front as though you have special information speaking in a definitive manner concerning JM's perspective on things, and bot coders perspectives, and gold sellers perspectives, and rarely a gamers perspective, but not very well usually.. I suppose those are all your friends too?

ok you say the things you say knowing it would cause an uproar than whine and call for a thread closing like you dont deserve to get all the shit you are getting for what you say. i usually agree with you karras, but this was poor judgement. i dont give a **** if you bot, or you friend or you support your friends botting. but you know the rules here and you know the crowd, but you choose to make a thread like this, gtfo.

Unless you've got a university degree in programming like Joymax's employees do, i doubt you're properly qualified to question their bot detection systems.

You say your noob char was set up to get plvl the whole night. An account that stays inactive for a very long amount of time while constantly earning SP/XP might have very well been classified as "suspicious" by their bot detection system. Of course, i'm not saying that such a system is or would be perfect(byby ong farming), but at the very least JM is finally doing something and if banned plvl noobs are the price we have to pay for a half-playable game, i'll take it.

As for why the high level chars were not banned, it could simply be that JM sees lower lvl chars as their first priority, aka most gold bots.

I am not questioning JM on their banning system.
Afaik, most chars that got banned are either,
1) lvl 90~100
2) noobs thats farming

are you surprised?
