Since JM has been working hard lately.
We heard alot of rumors. Of which we don't know which is true.
So me and a friend decide to put it to the test
We using a PC and a lappy, we create a new char on the laptop.
Run it to Ongs, set up 2 chars to automate pwrlvl it.
PC running the 2 high lvls.
So... we left it overnite.

Morning...
Noob is dced...
Pwrlvler still running.

Let see what happens to the noob.
I didn't expect this tho lol... noob was banned :yay:

Conclusion.
Mayb the ban is random.
I wonder y are the 2 high lvls, one with prem and one without are not banned.
Both has heavy silk history.
Many has claimed that they got banned even with heavy silk history.
Now, the 2 pwrlvler were running overnite without clientless.

I vote for random. And still not so random. A lot of my friends got banned gold bots, stallers, ressers, old chars lvl 90+ that they bot for drops, but no one has main char banned. So it's kinda strange, how they bot like 3-4-5-6 chars from one pc, 3 of them get banned, the main doesn't. So i think it's not completely random... it looks like they have a plan or something, like to scare people but leave them something they really care about that will keep then in the game ...
I know it sounds crazy, but it really is a little strange...

Let say they draw a line.
Any account with Silk charge over XXXX within 12 mths period or XXX within 1 mth is safe from any actions.
I really don't buy it when they ban a noob with legit client. :yay:
Surprise me lol

This thread is making me LOL.

How is your conclusion random when the chars you used for your experiment were ..um...lets say not innocent?

How erect is your ePenis?

Lets recap.

You made a char. Ran it on a laptop.

Ran your 2 bots on your PC to lvl the newly created char.

The char DC'ed and was banned.

What I was trying to say (without saying it outright) was.... How is your experiment valid when your a self confessed botter? I pretty much took what you said and assumed you used the bot program on the noob char to get you back in game in case it DC'ed.

If I am wrong in my assumption then excuse me and accept my not so sincere apology. Wasn't trying to flame you and my LOL in the post earlier wasn't a shot at you but just at the content of the thread in general. But it doesn't matter. Because of your post you'll probably be banned. But all the other guys who are here crying about their chars getting banned will probably get a pass.

G'luck Karras. One of the few sigs around here that I liked. Your and M3K0S'.

Quit getting hard over possibly getting another member banned. The point in case some of you are too fucking retarded to see is:

That although all characters were probably using 3rd party programs, it seems only the new ones without silk got banned, ironically those were just sitting afk while the main ones actually moving around and botting were safe and not banned.

I had no intentions of getting him banned, all I said was what i thought when I read it. But yes, I can see the point he is making.

This thread has no place in GD. Your little experiment is unneeded. If you want to invalidate what Joymax is doing, a simple speculation and discussion thread is more than enough for SRF. We're legit players, we do not resort to botting to prove a point, that defeats the purpose of what this forum is fighting hard to knock the common sense into their members and players.

Stop and think how retarded you make General discussion section look. This thread (and the little experiment) will make more sense in a bot forum. If you disagree then you're a closet botter. Let me explain why. Joymax finally does one thing right in all these years, and that is to ban a lot of botters (without warning). It doesn't matter that their hit rate isn't 100%, or that a few legits (given the benefit of the doubt) get banned by mistake, what they successfully create is a fear campaign to deter or even encourage botters to quit.

What you are trying to do (can be misinterpreted as to) give more confidence to botters, to show that Joymax is imperfect in their execution. Of course we know that already, some of us have seen them managing the game for over 5 years now. There is absolutely no reason for you to run that experiment and bot just to prove a point, and don't you even dare to say that your friend is doing the botting, assuming that your friend exist, because you are as much an accomplice and encourage the action to run your experiment. You bot to disprove Joymax's actions. You should be banned from this forum, and if I get banned for making such a big fuss out of this then I'm happier anyway. This forum's standards must be a joke to let someone like you off.

You've not been playing iSRO for quite some times and don't know whats going on.
Also, having a bot friend make me a bot?
Sounds like the confed.
So going over to a friend's hse with my lappy n coming up with something to do and then we do it is abnormal?
We did that not to prove something, but merely out of boredom.
Lol... the world is bigger than SRF or iSRO.

Edit,
Theres no need to show what JM is like. Every1 who plays long enough knew.
And if you did your research, you would know whats the ban abt.

You missed the whole point why this is a legit forum, why we detest botters, why we encourage people to play the game the way it was meant to be played, why we cheer on when players who level up, get lucky on enchantments, do well on pvp. This is why we have this forum, why it isn't dead yet in light of the hundreds of other bot forums with members begging for a free bot. Jay would have wanted new players to come here and get inspired with fair gaming, honesty and mutual respect. So what the fuuck do we have here now? Instead of encouraging your friend to reroll legit, you ask him to do the dirty work for you. Completely defeating the purpose of being a legit gamer.

You miss the point, and sadly a lot of people have gone jaded with this whole encourage others to play fair theme we're supposed to have.

I'm actually happy though. You didn't argue my point and tell me that I'm wrong, instead you attacked my character, me. Who am I who are you? We're really no one, just fans of the game. You know that I'm right, so you should do yourself a favor and take your findings to where it will be appreciated more.

It's true that we look at things differently, and I am not wrong to say this but in no way any of your actions and methodology consistent with any legit gamer. Even if you don't bot ever, you do not seem to understand why, which I find it very hard to believe. People who do not bot, do it out of principle. It is a fact that if anyone really wants to cheat, it is a simple few clicks away. In a game that has been poorly managed, cheating is so easy and profound. It takes someone of principle to not cheat, something this forum tries to promote, and something you clearly do not have or not understand.

If we're a disease for having a discussion in a gaming discussion thread, then you must be just a pile of commentary dung.

Legit people dont play SRO anymore. The ones who do will turn into bots or will quit.

So the bans might aswell be random anyway.
