im quite dissapointed yes ffcourse i expected copys like always but this is the 3rd lvl serie of the devil eye
chakjis devil bugs penonons mujigis (mujigis which will be on flame mountain too)**flame mujigi**
Edimmus karras gee black robber archer they might as well copy the wing tribes teh niyas and why not add new tigers
remember teh stone cave
new stone ghosts
this is just terrible
i always like a cap increase not becuz the lvl becomes higher but becouse something NEW is added
i dont see anything NEW in this
just another tomb
not even a new area <<<(well a small one)
the only thing i lvoe about this update is the new city

It is the only game that reuses 90% of its mobs and places it in areas that don't make sense. Sandworms in Alexandria? Shouldn't they be more or less Takla Makan exclusive? And wtf is with the dark scout. They just took a black bowmen and pasted an unmatching, fail-proportion face on it. The assortment of mobs don't make sense to me. Chakjis, Bandits, Sandworms, Bugs, Karras, spiders, and penons. It's like 1 mob from every previous area put into one. Just missing goats.

Atleast the other copypaste games paste them so it makes some sense.

Yeah... it would be better if they put sphinx, anubis, horus, snakes, beetles, mummies and locust swarms in here. I wonder if joymax is going to put a desert with huge pyramids >_< and sandstorms

they should put more environmental effects into the game instead of just rain. they should have sandstorms in takalaldesertland and blizzards in karkalacoldfrozencity. and they should at least try to put mobs in an area where they belong and just because there monsters doesnt mean they have to make them up. when euro came out i was hoping to see some killer squirrels

"Don't make sense" is completely relative. If by "sense" you're referring to the real world, then you're playing the wrong game. Silkroad is partially based in history but mostly in fantasy. Looking for something that "makes sense" is stupid. On the other hand, if by "sense" you're referring to the coherence of the entire fantasy world that Joymax made, then you are still wrong, but not on using this kind of "sense" but on assuming that Joymax doesn't stick to it. For example, sandworms in Legend IX makes sense since one of the new zones introduced is named Storm Desert. It ties well with the Egyptian style of the new Legend - a theme that should be pretty obvious.

Storm Desert - Sandworms ... does it still not make any sense?

Let's look at a couple more mobs:

Tathen & Tenen - Surprise surprise! There are reptiles in deserts. Not only does it make ecological sense, it also ties in with the Egyptian mythology. Lizards represent wisdom and good fortune.

Spiders, scorpions, and bugs - I'm disappointed. These shouldn't even be on your list. Like the previous one, they're found in the desert, and also serve as symbolisms in Egyptian myth. Contrary to your statement, these copy-pastes make sense.

I could go on with the sandman, the penons, the dark scout, etc. but that would be missing the point. Joymax, no matter how terrible they are, still maintains coherence in the design and artwork of their oh so beloved game. Their reusing of models is not something new, and is actually expected. There are even games out there who completely reuse the same model with the same texture and just give the mob a new name. It makes me wonder how bad the nerdrage would be if JM did that (Blizzard pulls it off with minimal complains).

It's in fucking Egypt. Sandworms make no sense? In an area surrounded by desert? Really? How about instead of complaining about every flaw in this game, try and enjoy what you have. Otherwise stop being a hypocrite and quit this game for one that does a better job of satisfying your needs.

I dont have to see noob mobs, i just got plvl to 90, now im 91 and im going towards 92 in the next few days. Btw remakes of penons and worms are really cool, so what if they look like the old mobs, they are still really cool mobs, especially sandman and the wolf.
