One more question I don't understand - what is count to be the physical reinforce,the physical reinforce of the weapon or the physical reinforce of the weapon + physical reinforce of all items the character is wearing?

A = weapon power + STR (or INT) * (1+reinforce)
like in your case A is what you see when you press the C key
the A physical part is already calculated by the server, but the magical part is not.
A = 90 ~ 109 = (58+52*1.417) ~ (70+52*1.504)

physical part use physical reinforce
magical part use magical reinforce
defense part use the sum of all defense reinforce

NucleanSilo, If I add 1 to weapon reinforce,the results are very high and inaccurate,but without adding 1 its accurate for chinese characters.

I got damage on chinese characters accurate like a swiz watch,but formula seems to be different for european characters.It's not accurate:

Predicted Max   Real Max
1141               1085
1587               1516
873                 833
329                 321


Differs between 0,01 and 0,05.I tested this with a level 19 character on level 1,level 16 and level 14 monsters.What have I done wrong?

You mustn't add the 1. Don't know where he hot that 1 from anyway... 40% reinforcement means 0,4, not 1,4.

Yeah, you shouldn't add 1... using your example:
weap phy attack = 70
reinforce = 50.4% = 0.504
STR = 52
Weapon mastery = 14%
=> tot = (70+52*0.504)*1.14 = 109 (this is what shown in the board when you press the C key)

yeah that formula explains why a pure int with a regular +7 sword despite their inferior weapon will always match the nukes of a 90% hybrid with sun +7 spear
