today we discussed a number of issues..from goldbots/player bots..the electrical problem excuse for the rollback..the ECSRO private server silk sales..
the joymax team was pretty modest about it all, you know they actually are trying.

angers me that u just got fooled into believe theyre doing something! dont be modest! were all quite calm about it because we cant do anything, you can. get angry at them! then they will think!

none of the USA branch members of joymax even have a GM character...let alone any say in what happens really..all they can do is take notes..discuss..make people feel better with there statements, and market the game..but the truth is..everything in-game/changes is and are done at the main branch headquarters in korea, and goes through the CEO of joymax & the developers only..and they speak just about no english..the only representative from joymax who was even there from korea, had used a joymax translator to speak to us, so getting mad..and having the proper go really will not resolve into much and will come off nothing but rude, thats not the position id like to find myself in while having them pay for my 5 day round-trip to korea

not to mention they paid for the buffet

If they're doing jack shit(Which it looks like from a user point of a view which I would agree up until what a GM of another game once said) why are we still getting updates? Why are they trying somewhat to please the users? If they didn't care they could just drop updating and that's it. I also fail to see how bots have to do with Joymax not caring.

Explain how are you supposed to ban thousands of bots when they just recreate theirself? By hand isn't an option and creating an auto block isn't easy as it sounds. Getting gameguard, xtrap, punkbuster, etc etc wouldn't help out because of the easy bypasses that are out. So what are the options?

pretty sure if we ban every single gold bot we saw, and they made more, and they got banned, and they try making again, and got banned again. i mean, seems kinda weird but they actually will give up if jm does that.

hell, i think, we should just ban every single player including legits and see how that goes.

not gonna happen...its very simple to understand: joymax makes the majority of their money from player bots it would be very stupid of them to ban them all.

They already do that anyway, and bot sites are still remaking the characters. Why? Because its still profitable. How about telling your buddies to stop supporting gold bots?

im telling you if a GM was hired to sit at the gate and wait for bots to stop in the same spot and ban them all they have to do is click and press ban, that button isnt to hard to make! and BAM no more gold bots in the server. they will recreate more but its not automatic, someone has to do these things and if jm keep banning then they will get fed up quicker.

1hour per server of GM properly banning and we will have a clear SRO for over a week. guarenteed

im ready to vote for you as CEO of joymax entertainment..because from what Im understanding on your points of view, these guys who own this multi-million $ company just absolutely have no idea how to run a game properly and silkroad would be in a perfect bot-free state of gameplay under your specific management..

yes that is a simple way of banning bots. not the most effective but i dont see you coming up with any suggestions of ur own unless u dont care if bots dont get banned.

they have to pull theyre weight and do theyre jobs too...

2bh i think sro would be better under my management. at least youd be able to log in. and ill do the one banning the gold bots and player bots. im happy to do that! especially if im earning a shed load of money on a 50k+ a year salary. also im sure ever legit would rather log in the get updates. they can be kept on hold whilst every1 else hand grinds.

id also employ some1 to read these forums to find people general opinion about this game, because if im earning 50k+ a year. id at least try.

While your at it double the exp, gold, and drop rate and then quadruple the sp rate.

Real money; Network Engineers/Infrastructure specialists/Hardware maint, upgrade, installation... 40-44k a year starting position. (These jobs only are worth while if your SKILLED, CONFIDENT, EXPERIENCED, EDUCATED AND LEARNING CONSTANTLY)

Advice... Don't go into IT in the USA if your expecting that money. Most help desk positions wan't 4 year degree's now which pay around a little above min wage. Software Engineering and Cisco ( Networking in General ) is what's in. But large companies in the USA are Farking over American workers constantly by importing from India. That + The huge amount of experienced, college educated, certified, etc... ( a mix of all 3 or one ) = You need to be Farking amazing at your interview and do some real expert hands on work to shine.
