It wasnt introduced in the USA until quite late (end of 1800's), and it was done so by fascist people.

Well that depends on what your lifestyle is. I have no idea how long it takes to reach cap. The highest level I've ever actually achieved is 54 on a blader hand grinded without silk to help me out.

I've learned that you don't HAVE to reach cap in this game.
