Its not the bot bans. Its Aion.
Half of my ex union from SRO went onto Aion and quit SRO. As well as many other friends from other unions.
All of them bought silk and whatnot.

So you believe in Joymax and them doing something for once?
If so, then the conversation ends there and I'm not going to say anything.

Its only taken me 57 minutes or less to get into lumiel it was only like that at launch. NCsoft have already said they are expanding server slots 22nd

The good news is i was taking my laptop around the house while i was on Aion. Bedroom to watch movie at night had it minimized and downstairs to play. Not one disconnect at all i was so suprised. I stayed logged in even though people were waiting in queue for as long as i wanted which was about 23 hours then i logged out. Last night i just put all my stuff in the item network to sell and logged off.

People who stay logged in for 24 hours get logged off but you can reconnect and have no problems. The traffic will not stay that bad and queue's will only get better.

lol.
a week or two ago in SRO it took fucking 8+ hours to log in.

the only reason Aion had a wait time of hours was because it was the launch. ie; everyone trying to log in at the same time. In a week, or less, there either won't be wait time or an extremely short time.

Very cool. I played the beta and it seemed fun yet I was somewhat disappointed. Something was missing (mabye I didn't get far enough into it...who knows). The PvP system is godly though.

It's far from being overhyped. The game already has 3.5 million players in China, Korea, and Japan, over the course of six months. That's just the core Asian market. Success of MMOs can be measured by the subscribers it garners. When a game is good, it will get subscribers, when it's not, it will not. If it is overhyped, you wouldn't get such big numbers in less than a year.

Now that it hits the U.S. and later Europe in a couple of days, that number will rise up. Before, the second most popular MMO after WoW just passed the 1 million mark. Aion will prove to be a close second.

The reason I don't think Aion took too many people from sro is cause sro is mainly filled with Turks and I don't think any turks are moving to Aion. But I do believe sro will be less crowded since about 100 or so people from each server probably moved and soon Rsro will start and that will make the Russian, baltic country people leave, after that it will only be English (NA, and British), Germans, and Turks left on sro.

O also the goldbots!
