lol you're basicly saying you can buy xp with gold.
Not talking about gold buying so...
You get gold with hard IN GAME work (not talking about outside game), you use it to either get gear or pay someone to lvl you... what's wrong with that?
Looks like the dumb here is you.
Nothing "wrong" with being plvled, no difference if it's by a bot or by a player (except if you see the bots issue as a holy war and we saw the people who had that attitude, they were closet botters or ruled and exploited by closet botters)
BUT... even if it's not a moral issue, plvling does produce some results, some of which are negative.
I know the botters' gameplay, only a minority of them can go through botting and getting plvled while yet knowing how to play their char. The large majority of them only bots, get plvled, and makes new chars and starts it all over again... forever. So it is a waste of time and of fun, but they remain fascinated by the little numbers on their chars' sheets and expe/sp bars.
The way I see it (and through having seen them play for years), only hardcore gamers can handle botting without ending up being sucky and hopelessly useless.
I have nothing against the good gamers who bot, because they can handle it and they are good players with or without botting. These are people who can and have handgrinded characters to the cap (several chars to 80 when this was the current cap for one guy i'm thinking of).
Some of them even have fought the botters for years before renouncing and starting to bot themselves.
And you gotta admit that the game itself promotes botting : the huge grind, the monotony, the tolerance of joymax towards botters.
You can go without botting but it takes either dedication (something the anti-bots display, albeit with a negative side to their attitude) or just plain disinterest in botting like i do... but my gameplay is very peculiar : my characters remain low level and I dont mind.
Some guy even told me a few days ago that I should have more challenge in game as in life. Thank you buddy, I don't need my mmo characters to be competitive in order to feel proud about myself. Besides, they are competitive in their own way.
